Khao Sok Cheow Lan Lake is een van de mooiste plekken in Zuid-Thailand. Wij bieden u aan om de longtail boot te varen op het smaragdgroene water midden in de natuur die wordt omringd door kalksteenbergen. Uw reis begint met het vroeg ophalen bij het hotel, richting de Cheow Lan Pier. Dan zorgt onze Gids voor u bij de pier. Verken het meer met onze activiteiten; cruisen naar het symbool van het meer bij Khao Sam Kloe of Drie Kalkstenen Bergen, wandelen in het regenwoud, instorten in de Diamond Cave, cruisen voor het bekijken van wilde dieren, kajakken midden in de natuur, zwemmen, zonnebaden en lunchen met Thais eten en seizoensfruit in het drijvende restaurant. Zeer mooi panoramisch landschap. Het programma is onderhevig aan verandering, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden of veiligheid en geschikt.

Onze reis begint door u op te halen bij uw hotel in Aonang, Aonammao, Krabi Town, Klong Muang, Tubkaek, en op weg naar de Cheow Lan Lake Pier. (De ophaaltijd is afhankelijk van de locatie van het hotel, we zullen dit 12 uur voor aanvang van de tour met u delen in de e-mail.)
10:00 - 10:30 uur - Onze Engels sprekende Gids zal u informeren over belangrijke informatie en een ticket voor u regelen. (Alles inbegrepen) Naast de long-tail boot met onze professionele kapitein, varen naar het midden van de natuur, omringd door kalkstenen bergen. Onderweg naar ons vlothuis kunt u het mooie landschap zien, soms komen er wilde dieren op het eiland. Geniet van onze activiteiten; kajakken, zwemmen, zonnebaden of ontspannen bij het vlothuis. Lunch met Thaise gerechten en seizoensfruit in het vlothuis. Na de lunch neemt u de long-tail boot naar de Diamond Cave verkenning en de fascinerende vorm van de kalksteenrots. En dan naar de jungle, tijd om ongeveer 1 km het regenwoud in te wandelen.
Varend met de long-tail boot naar het symbool van het meer, kun je een mooie foto maken met Khao Sam Kloe of Three Limestone Mountains, en terug naar de pier.
16 :00 - 16:30 uur. Aankomst op de pier en neem een minibusje terug naar uw hotel. Het programma is onderhevig aan verandering, afhankelijk van de weersomstandigheden of veiligheid en geschikt.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
De ophaaltijd is afhankelijk van de locatie van het hotel, en we bevestigen u 12 uur voordat de tour begint. Controleer uw e-mail. Als u van Railay Beach komt, kunt u alleen op Ao-Nammao Pier wachten. Ongeveer 15 minuten lange staart boottocht vanaf East Railay Pier. De boottaxi begint om 07.00 uur. Als u van Tonsai Beach komt, bieden wij u alleen aan om u op te halen bij Aonang Longtail Boat Service Club. Kom naar het verzamelpunt en wees op tijd op de reisdatum. Onze tour is exclusief ontbijt. Zorg ervoor dat u ontbijt voor uw pick-up tijd. Als alternatief kunt u een ontbijtbox bestellen bij uw resort voor uw gemak. It was a really fun trip, especially because Mr. Ooh made sure we visited the places at the best times, when it was quietest, thus avoiding the crowds. It was also great to do this tour in a small group. He also explained all the history to us, which allowed us to learn more about the history of the lake's origins.
Super nice experience we had a very sweet tourguide his name is Ooh. Thank you Ooh. We were a group of 8 people that was so fine clay group compared to the other boats. He had calculated it perfectly with regard to being able to visit the places at the quietest moments. With this he avoided the crowds and we could enjoy all the places. I booked this tour for 4 adults and 24 hours before the tour received an email noting pickup at 7am. As a result, we had to skip the very good -and included- breakfast at the hotel and NOTHING except the 7-11 was open earlier than 7am for coffee. We ended up standing outside the hotel for OVER 40 minutes. Via app/text communiques the company rep accused me of not reading the email, which I took screenshots of and never apologized for being way late REGARDLESS of what time he claims he was supposed to arrive. I have never had a tour operator like this before and I've done a lot of tours. I have included screenshots of my communiques with the operator and the condescention was not lost in translation. They definitely made it worse when they could have simply apologized. The first half of the tour and day was a waste of time. They take you to a "floating restaurant" that is just a cheesy touristy restaurant with astro-turf where you have to hang out for about 2 hours, with the option to swim in a small sectioned area of the lake or kayak in the lake, akin to what you'd find at any city park. This area of the lake was not particularly scenic and the whole thing felt like a way to kill time to justify the charge. The second half of the tour was good - the next part of the boat ride was through the scenic area of the lake you see in the marketing photos and the trip into the cave was really cool, although the jungle trek in between the two was silly and pointless - basically just a 1/4 mile loop stop on an island back to the boat to make you feel like you had been in a "jungle adventure" as if you had never left your couch before. Cue the giant eyeroll. This tour would be better by cutting out half the time, half the cost, and improving the professionalism of the operators. The guide himself was perfectly pleasant though.

We had a fun day at Khao Sok with our guide Oh. He switched the order of the program so that we would do our activities with as less other people as possible. When we arrived at the first stop, we could hear the Gibbons in the trees. The view while kayaking was amazing so I definitely recommend doing this. I also recommend putting on sunscreen, definitely if you're a white white person like me. (I got a bit burned on the front of my legs). We did not see any monkey or snake, also not during the hike, which was a bit sad, but then again you have to take your chances with safaris like this ;) The hike was fun and adventurous, but maybe a bit short (although good enough for the program of the day). We had an amazing day. Lunch was super nice and the guide was good. I recommend bringing everything they list on the program page like sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, and maybe also a cookie for the way back. It's quite a long day, definitely when you have the 2 hour trip in car added like we did. So you'll be tired, but happy. Enjoy!
We had booked a trip to Cheow Lan Lake in Khao Lok National Park. And it was just fantastic our guide Oh(?) was great. The park and lake are beautiful. Even lunch at Phutawan was very delicious
The park and lake were beautiful . The tour guide,Oh, was very good ! He was constantly looking out for us and ensured we were safe and had a great experience, while constantly wearing a smile on his face . I just wish they catered to a halal diet. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Thank you Oh!
