Our tour guide Dragan is an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and very very helpful .
An easy way to see a bunch of Kotor quickly. It’s definitely more of a sightseeing experience than a history lesson. Theres some walking but it’s self guided so it can be as exerting as you want it to be. Our guide was considerate and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. I’d definitely do the 8/9 am tour, it gets really packed in the afternoon.

Hi, We are a couple from New York City, We visited Kotor, Montenegro June 15, 2026. We were very happy to have ANDRO (Kotor Excursion for Cruise Passengers-by Royal Services) as our tour guide. This tour was not as described. We did have a driver, but he was not a guide. He let us off to explore on our own, but no guide. The trip was to include Budva, but he did not take use there. He drove us around the Bay, we took the ferry across the bay and he dropped us at Porto Montenegro instead of taking us to Budva. The tour was described as having a one hour tour of old town, but he dropped us off there and pointed at the gate to get in. It was a beautiful day and we did drive around the lake, so it wasn’t a total loss, but we didn’t have much of a guide and we missed seeing Budva, as stated in the description of the tour.
