Uw avontuur begint wanneer u aan boord stapt van een comfortabele boot, richting de eerste stop, Onze Lieve Vrouw van de Rotsen. Na een schilderachtige rit van 20 minuten kom je aan bij het pittoreske eilandje, waar je 30 minuten hebt om het te verkennen. Ontdek de charmante kerk en het museum, leer over de legende van het ontstaan van het kunstmatige eiland en geniet van de serene schoonheid van deze unieke site. Vervolgens vervolgt u uw reis met een korte cruise van 10 minuten naar het betoverende middeleeuwse stadje Perast. Hier heb je 1,5 uur de tijd om door de geplaveide straatjes te dwalen, de elegante barokke architectuur te bewonderen en misschien een bezoek te brengen aan een van de lokale musea of kerken. Daarna ga je terug richting Kotor. The tour started on time, which was the only positive aspect for me. Perast itself was beautiful, although 1.5 hours there did not feel like enough to fully enjoy it. If I were to go back, I would take a bus so I could spend more time exploring Perast. On the day of the tour, the sea was quite rough and the small boat ride was bumpy and uncomfortable. Before departure, the driver said, “It’s not my fault,” referring to the fact that the boat would be rough due to the sea conditions, which felt unprofessional and not very considerate. When seating was arranged, I asked if I could sit in the back for a more stable ride, but my request was refused, even though I believed three people could have sat there. The stop at the church was nice but not particularly worthwhile for the additional €5 entrance fee, as it is very small. Overall, I did not enjoy this experience and would not recommend this tour.
The speedboat ride from Kotor to Perast was a smooth 20 minutes across the beautiful bay with just 10 guests. We spent 1.5 lovely hours in Perast where we had independent exploration time. My group climbed to the top of the church bell tower- lots of stairs but the view is worth it! Then we went to Our Lady of the Rocks, a stunning little church in the middle of the bay. We had 30 minutes to explore on our own (5 euro entrance fee per person) and then the speedboat took us back to Kotor. The experience was calm, self paced, and the right amount of time (3 hrs total). Our guide was very friendly and an excellent boat captain. Absolutely would recommend!
Very poor in explanation! They leave you in the most important thing that is the island of the side of the Rocks only 20 minutes, barely time to travel it running and 1:50 in Perast where there is nothing to do. Walking the bay, poor trade and two palaces: 1 is a small museum and the other is a hotel you can't get into. The price is high for what you do
We booked somewhat last minute. Communication about confirmation, payment, meeting point, and throughout the tour were fabulously handled. We enjoyed the boat ride and scenery very much. Beautiful bay. Highly recommend for a short and easy afternoon.
