In deze les ligt onze focus op koken, serveren en genieten van een volledige Koreaanse maaltijd — zoals het echt bedoeld is om te delen. Je kookt in een rustige, goed uitgeruste keuken geïnspireerd op de traditionele Hanok architectuur. Elke gast bereidt zijn eigen gerechten met seizoensgebonden groenten en gefermenteerde pasta's zoals doenjang en gochujang, waarvan sommige rechtstreeks uit de geboortestad van de chef-kok worden gebracht. Het menu is zorgvuldig ontworpen om een evenwichtige, mooie tafeldekking te dekken - van banchan tot soep en hoofdgerecht - allemaal door u gemaakt. In plaats van tijd buiten door te brengen, geven we die tijd aan echt koken en het plezier om iets met de hand te maken. We organiseren geen commerciële markttours, maar als je nieuwsgierig bent, delen we graag een paar vertrouwde, lokale markten die een meer authentieke ervaring bieden. Dit is geen food tour. Het is een echte Koreaanse kookreis.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this Korean cooking class. It was not only fun, but also very interesting to learn more about Korean cuisine and culture through cooking. The food we prepared was absolutely delicious, and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the host made everyone feel comfortable from the very beginning. We especially loved learning the small cooking tips and techniques that we would never discover as tourists. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Korea and wanting a more authentic and memorable experience!
For context, my friends would call me complicated and sofisticate as a rarely like activities like these. But Woody is an exceptional host and chef, he is extremely nice, helpful and explains very well. I had a great time! Do not hesitate and book this class before other classes. The location is beautiful and incredibly clean. And to finish it off, the food quality is great and having a chat with woody at the end of the lesson made everything even better. Thank you Woody! I booked this lunchtime cooking class experience for my girlfriend and me not only because I wanted to learn more about Korean cooking and some new recipes, but also and most importantly to learn about presentation of the food that I prepared. My expectations were far exceeded. Woody not only did a fabulous job Hosting this Cooking Class, but I found his Cooking studio to be quite beautiful and intimate and pleasing. He even included a slideshow with the basics of Korean cuisine seasonings, which I found very helpful. All the ingredients were labeled and instructions easy to follow. Woody has an extraordinary command of English, so this made our experience a seamless one and very enjoyable, as we spoke in depth about many things related to Korean cuisine and Korean culture. You will not be disappointed booking this experience and Woody is an extraordinary host. Highly highly recommend!
Immediately after booking the host, Woody, reached out to confirm my dinner choices and timing. His space was most delightful and a lovely ambience complete with a lava and slate walkway. Woody’s cooking instructions were easy to follow and he was quick to help when needed. The food was amazing and very fresh. I highly recommend this experience!

This was a fabulous experience. I would definitely recommend. The host is super nice. He takes you through an entire meal with so much food! And boy was it delicious!!!! You get access to the recipes after. You do get a choice of menu. The venue is the most beautiful kitchen you've ever seen!! Definitely a great night out.
The course took place in a nice neighborhood, in a beautiful kitchen, both pro and casual. I was able to demystify some flavors discovered during the stay. We learned how to cook a complete, hearty and delicious meal. We loved the course. Thank you to the chef for this delicious memory of Korea!
