This was truly a fabulous event. It was a small intimate group of about 10 people of all ages. We had fun getting to know one another and felt right at home. Enza and her family participate making you feel like you have family in puglia. The food was delicious and it was fun to learn how to make pasta. They are so thoughtful to really make the experience memorable and personal. I highly recommend.

Enza and her wonderful family welcomed us as if we were part of their own family from the very first moment. Their warmth, kindness, and genuine passion made this so much more than just a cooking class. Our daughter absolutely loved every minute of the 3.5-hour class. It was engaging, fun, and filled with authentic Italian traditions, delicious recipes, and lots of laughter. She learned so much while creating beautiful memories that she will always remember. Thank you, Enza, for opening your home and sharing your passion with such generosity. We couldn’t have asked for a more authentic and heartwarming experience. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Puglia—you will leave not only with new cooking skills but also with wonderful memories and new friends. ❤️

Absolutely fantastic experience. Beautiful, warm welcoming family that embraced us with their family values, passion for Italian food and a delight in meeting other people.. We had a great evening of learning how to make pasta from scratch ( some better at it than others), with the air filled with music, local wine and chatter and lots of laughter! This was a trip highlight and I would highly recommend to all those who want an authentic Italian evening in someone’s home. Enza and her family were amazing and we thank them so much for their welcoming and warm hospitality.

We had a wonderful evening with Enza and her family. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. We we’re welcomed with warmth and curiosity, and everything felt very authentic. Enza and her family shared recipes and stories about their food, their home and Puglia. The cooking class was fun, relaxed, and informative. We ate dinner all together, and the atmosphere was warm and relaxing. Enza and her family always went to extra mile to make us feel right where we belong, and left some fun surprises along the way! If you’re in the region, you cannot miss this class!

This was a first time for me and the entire family made it super comfortable for me had one of my beat experiences ever, learnt a lot and had a lovely conversation with everyone they made it extra special for me since it was my Birthday.

The warmth of being welcomed into someone's home, the beauty of the setting, the quality of the foods served, the fun of making our own pasta, the feeling by the end of the night that you have just spent hours with friends - it was a perfect experience!! Highly recommend!!

An unforgettable moment! A wonderful family! Delicious recipes! We spent an excellent evening in the company of Enza, Antonio, and their daughters. We start with a memorable aperitif with homemade and garden products, which allows us to get to know the other "guests." We immediately feel like family. Everyone is very attentive to ensure our pasta looks like real Italian orecchiette. Even Josh, the Canadian son-in-law, gives us valuable instructions. Hospitality, music, wines, dessert, and even a final video of our best moments... so many details that make the difference! Everything was perfect! Do not hesitate, this evening will certainly remain the best of our vacation!
