This was the highlight of our trip. Sindi is the most generous and lovely person. Everything about this course was perfect. Met on arrival, free flowing wine, gorgeous food and fabulous Host and chef. Thank you Sindi

We had an amazing time! Our host Syndi (sorry I didn't catch how to spell her name) was a brilliant chef- the food was better than at some of the restaurants! She was funny and attentive, and even went above and beyond to help make it a special day for my husband's birthday. This also gave us something to look forward to when it was too hot to wander around the city. Thank you for the amazing food and memories!

Syndee is a well prepared and great chef. She is witty and will keep you entertained all the while preparing a three course meal. She involves everyone. Had a great time even though I butchered the filo dough.

The whole experience is great. Meeting instructions very clear. The venue is homely and welcoming. The cooking is well explained and very well laid out and organised. Come hungry, as it’s a lot of very delicious food and very generous with the wine as well. I would highly recommend for anyone coming to Tirana.

If I could give unlimited stars for this experience, it still wouldn’t be enough to articulate how fantastic this experience was. Sindi is an amazing host. She was very attentive and thorough and guided us in making such a delicious meal. And her dad’s homemade wine really elevated this experience. Even with the electricity going out due to the protests, that did NOT stop the fun time our group had. Sindi quickly adjusted and did not miss a beat with working around the time we were in the dark. I also really liked how we all helped make the meal we were going to have opposed to just making individual meals. The experience felt more like a community coming together, opposed to travelers having their own individual experience. I will be doing this EVERY single time I’m in Albania.

Sindi hosted an incredible cooking class, a healthy balance of Albanian culture, cooking, and chatting with a full glass of wine. She was very patient and hospitable to my daughter (6) who had a wonderful time.

We started by meeting Sindi outside where she lead us to the eating and cooking space. She was very friendly and kind as we all got started. She started by explaining each dish we were going to make. All sounded AMAZING! We had a youngster in the group and she was awesome with her as well. Allowed her to participate in special ways and us as well. We were allowed to ask questions, make mistakes, and of course laugh some. Sindi was absolutely perfect at hosting. Once all preparations were done we had a bit of a break to drink some wine and socialize. Again the dad and daughter we were with were such great experiences companions. The food was fresh, tasty, and of course made by us! Could not recommend this experience enough! Do it!

It was truly perfect, and the atmosphere was just right.

Sindy is a fantastic cook, a great teacher, and a particularly warm host. We cooked 3 typical Albanian dishes. Everyone was involved, received help, and we all had a lot of fun. There was red wine and raki from the family farm, and our cooking results were very delicious. The group quickly bonded, and by the end of the evening, I returned to my B&B feeling very uplifted. Definitely try this cooking class; it is truly worth it! Thank you very much, Sindy, for the lovely evening.

Amazing experience if you in Tirana you must do this cooking class. Sindi the host has passion for cooking.
