Lulu, our Chef, was simply amazing! Very welcoming, warm, friendly. We felt like we knew her for a very long time and she made her home feeling like ours. Not only we learned how to make pasta from scratch, make focaccia and other dishes, but we met a new friend that we’ll definitely keep in touch long after leaving beautiful Puglia. I

This is such a lovely experience. Lulu doesn’t provide a cooking class. She provides a cooking experience and memories. It’s informal and relaxing and truly authentic. I brought my father who has zero cooking ability and he left with the confidence to attempt multiple dishes by himself. I would really recommend for groups looking a social experience around cooking. This is an exceptional experience! Being invited into Chef Lulu’s home for the cooking class made it even more delightful and memorable. Chef Lulu taught us how to make an entire dinner using local ingredients. I learned a lot and had a great time throughout. It’s a very special thing to do.

I did not expect that our cooking class with Lu Lu in Ostuni would be the favorite part of our 3 week trip in Croatia and Italy, but it was. After all, after days of visiting several old cities and ancient buildings we were exhausted and they all had the same general vibe, tons of exhausting walks and beautiful streets mixed with souvenir shops it all felt redundant. But the long evening of cooking and eating with Lu Lu was an amazing de- stressing experience. She met us with smiles as we ascended to her lovely rooftop workplace. We laughed, we made fresh pasta, her Nona's eggplant parm recipe, braciola, and a tasty fruity tart desert. And then we eat the delicious food we had prepared. With a lot of charm, humor, and genuine Italian passion, we were all actively involved in the cooking fun 🍝👨‍🍳🇮🇹 The result was an incredibly delicious, lovingly prepared, and wonderfully extensive multi-course menu 🤌🏻✨ We learned a lot and look forward to recreating the dishes. An evening full of enjoyment, good spirits, and a lot of 'La Dolce Vita' ❤️

Our cooking class with Lulu in Ostuni was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Italy. From the moment we arrived, she made my husband and I feel completely at home with her warm, welcoming energy and genuine hospitality. She explained everything so beautifully and made the entire experience feel both relaxing and unforgettable. Every single dish was made fresh from scratch — including handmade orecchiette pasta with brasciole in tomato sauce, fresh eggplant parmesan, and the most delicious focaccia. Not only was the food incredible, but Lulu made the class so engaging, personal, and authentic. You could truly feel the love and tradition behind every recipe. I would 1,000% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Ostuni. Whether you love cooking or simply want an authentic Italian experience, this is something you absolutely should not miss. What a wonderful way to spend an evening! It didn’t feel like a tourist event, it felt like a gathering of friends. Gifted Chef Lulu and the very funny Sous Chef Gianni presented us with an evening of cultural education, amazing food and lots and lots of laughs. The terrace was peaceful and beautiful, and the food seemed to never end. They were so patient with our pasta making attempts, which we found very relaxing after many days of hectic travel. Gianni even came down to help us figure out the parking machine when we first arrived. We have been lucky to travel in many countries, and this was one of the best things we’ve ever done.
