Deze ervaring is echt bijzonder omdat het je uitnodigt om in het hart en de ziel van de authentieke Romeinse keuken te stappen, liefdevol doorgegeven door echte Romeinse jonge grootmoeder Lidia. Deze intieme les ligt in een unieke, historische hoek van het bruisende Rome en is beperkt tot slechts 6 personen, zodat je persoonlijke begeleiding en een echte verbinding krijgt. Samen stropen we de mouwen op en creëren we verse, handgemaakte pasta vanaf nul, terwijl we genieten van een traditionele Romeinse aperitivo gecombineerd met voortreffelijke Italiaanse wijnen die uw zintuigen zullen prikkelen. Ik ben oprecht enthousiast om je te verwelkomen, verhalen, gelach en onvergetelijke smaken te delen - en herinneringen te creëren die je lang na de laatste hap zullen bijblijven. Ik kan niet wachten om je te ontmoeten en samen te koken!

Lidia e Andrea is a “must do” in Rome. Their cuisine and their friendliness are different from any other. My family and I made carbonara, amatriciana, and a delicious tiramisu all thanks to Lidia. This is my second time with them and it is simply better every time.
Lidia and Federica were absolutely delightful! We were welcomed into Lidia’s home which was a beautiful respite from the busy streets of Rome. The apertivo, pasta, and tiramisu were delicious! Small group, personal, engaging. Highly recommend this experience!
This was the most amazing experience! Lydia is a true gem. Her wonderful knowledge of cooking shines through in everything that she does. The evening went so smoothly and we really enjoyed ourselves. The appertivo, the wine, the two different pastas each with their own homemade sauce and finally the tiramisu for dessert was magnificent!!! 100/10!!

We spent an unforgettable evening with Lydia and Leo. It was a great evening of sharing and discovering Italian cuisine and culture. Lydia and Leo are very welcoming and put us very easily at ease, we had a lot of fun and especially feasted!
