The class was well-organized, starting with a visit to a local market to select fresh ingredients, which made the experience even more authentic. The kitchen space was beautiful and welcoming, and the group size was perfect for personalized attention. I loved how the chefs shared not only cooking techniques but also the stories behind the dishes we prepared. By the end of the session, we sat together to enjoy the meal we had created, paired with excellent local wine. It felt more like a gathering with friends than a class. I left with new skills, unforgettable memories, and a deeper appreciation for Italian food. I highly recommend these cooking classes to anyone visiting Rome – it is an experience you will cherish forever!
