Welkom bij Island Organics Samui - Sluit je aan bij de beroemde chef-kok Lat voor de dag en leer hoe je traditionele Thaise gerechten kunt bereiden en koken in onze speciaal gebouwde Thaise kookkeuken. De meest hands-on ervaring ooit - u bereidt en kookt zelf! Je leert ook om currypasta's, kokosroom, kruidendranken te maken en onze biologische microboerderij te bezoeken als onderdeel van je Thaise kookervaring op Koh Samui. Onze tuinen zijn onze versmarkt! ** TRANSPORT NIET INBEGREPEN BIJ ONLINE BOEKEN ** Controleer uw e-mail 1 dag voor de datum van de les om uw vervoer regelingen te bevestigen als we zijn moeilijk om een onverharde weg te vinden!! Dank je wel. * Ontmoetingspunt als je een scooter of auto hebt - 10 AM @ 'LOTUS go FRESH' parkeerplaats tegenover 'Tembo Beach Resort' en volg ons personeel 3 km naar ons pand. * Als wordt afgezet, vertel het ons van tevoren, zodat we onze auto kunnen sturen om u naar onze woning 3 km afstand. * We kunnen ook een minivan voor u boeken & is minder kosten dan taxi's & is direct naar onze plaats. * Zo bespaart u tijd en geld en bent u verzekerd van een probleemloze reis naar onze privélocatie. * De bestelwagenchauffeurs die wij dagelijks gebruiken zijn te vertrouwen en kennen onze locatie. * Prijsvoorbeeld hieronder & 'contant' te betalen in de klas alleen. 1. Bophut, Chaweng, Chong Mon, Plai Lam gebied 700thb heen en terug ophalen om 10 uur 's ochtends. 2. Chaweng Noi, Lamai, Maenam gebied 900thb heen en terug ophalen om 10 uur. 3. Bang Por, Nathon, Maret 1300thb heen en terug ophalen om 9:40. 4. Lipa Noi & Thailang Nam 1.500thb heen en terug ophalen om 9:30 uur. * OPMERKING - We kunnen niet ophalen als een verblijf op de berg in een villa. We recently did the cooking class at Island Organics Samui, and it was honestly one of the highlights of our trip. From the moment we arrived, Chef Lat and her team were incredible. They ran everything like a well-oiled machine, yet still made the whole experience feel very personal and relaxed. Every step was clearly explained, and even though wok cooking is fast-paced, they made it easy to follow—as long as you listened carefully, you couldn’t go wrong. What really stood out was Chef Lat herself. She is a genuinely beautiful person, and hearing her story and learning about how she grows her own produce was inspiring. You can tell there’s real passion behind everything she does. I also picked up some unexpected tips—especially a great trick to improve my worm farm tea back home, which I never expected from a cooking class! We were lucky enough to be the last class before they begin renovating the kitchen to make it even better. If I’m back in Koh Samui, I’ll definitely be returning to learn more dishes and see the new setup. Thank you, Chef Lat and your amazing team—highly recommended.

excellent experience! very well organized and structured. chef let and her staff are very well prepared, efficient, and conduct a seamless class from beginning to end. the food prepared is super delicious, and instructions are easy to follow. the garden is super special and quite impressive. i would highly recommend this unique experience of a true farm to table to anyone in Koh Samui looking for a fun activity.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hours spent at Island Organics! We learned a lot about combining Thai herbs and spices and the beautiful flavours of soups, curries and other dishes. One can feel Lat’s passion and hard work that she has and continues to pour into this project. Very commendable. We made our own yummy dishes. Fabulous and fun learning. We had a wonderful time with Lat. she is super funny and a fantastic host. We had / made great food in a fun and easy way. Their communication was good! We can definitely recommend this class!!!

I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. If you only do 1 thing in Koh Samui then do this. Chef Lat and her team are brilliant and you learn so much. Thank you Chef Lat!

Lat was an excellent teacher with clear instructions and has a great sense of humour. She is very well prepared and has the class running like clockworks. She is dedicated to her craft and her ability to create all the sauces and the moringa power and tablets is exceptional as she has so little time after her classes. She is an amazing person who has achieved so much in the short time she has lived on her farm. She started from nothing and made this into such a beautiful place from farm to fork with all her ingredients to pick right there on the organic farm. She also has her own chickens and has fresh eggs everyday. She even has her own worm farm. I learnt a lot from Lat as part of her course she showed us how to grow from seed and use hay to protect the seed from being burnt from the hot sun. Thanks you so much Lat. Wishing you more success as each class we learnt different dishes. She also gives back to the community and provides free cooking classes for primary school kids. Lat has a heart of gold.

One of our favourite experiences we did in Koh Samui! Really loved this experience! Chef Lat is super friendly and knowledgeable and made the cooking class a lot of fun! Come hungry because you make a lot of food and it’s all delicious you can’t leave anything!
