Ontdek de delicatessen uit de Vietnamese keuken tijdens deze kookles van een halve dag. Je krijgt de gelegenheid om een selectie van favoriete gerechten te leren, een mogelijkheid om de basisingrediënten te herkennen, het mengen van deze vele ingrediënten en kruiden om de beroemde "nuoc mam" (vissaus) te creëren, evenals het koken van de veelheid aan verschillende rijst. Naast de bereiding en het koken onder leiding van onze chef-kok, maak je kennis met de traditionele Vietnamese keuken met kookgerei dat nog steeds nauw verbonden is met de Vietnamese manier van leven in het verleden, zul je een vleugje oosterse wetenschap leren met de balans van Yin-Yang. om een deel van de geschiedenis van de Vietnamese keuken te respecteren, van de wortels in de Hue Citadel Imperial Cuisine tot de effecten van verschillende invloeden uit zowel het Westen als andere Oosterse culturen. The cyclo ride sightseeing before the cooking part was great fun. Remember to bring a hat! Our guide Camellia was amazing and so accommodating. Her English was excellent. Our chef Dung was very knowledgeable and a great teacher. The cooking experience was so much fun and easy to follow. Very highly recommend.

We had a great time on this halfday cooking tour. Our guide, Joey, was lovely and very informative taking us to a couple of sites which we hadn't expected to visit. We got to ride on bike rickshaws which was fun and then learnt some really useful cooking tips in our class.
