Bij ons proef je de typische gerechten van de Caprese en Napolitaanse keuken. We zullen leuke uren doorbrengen op het terras van onze tuin, ondergedompeld in de geur van onze citroenen. De cursus omvat: bezoek aan onze tuin op zoek naar de grondstoffen voor onze gerechten, bereiding van de gerechten, lunch op het terras waar u de gerechten die u hebt bereid, een klein cadeau om ons te begroeten

I booked this class for me and my husband during our stay in Capri. Although it was very hot (end of August) the view was incredible and it was the highlight of our trip. The class was hosted by Vittoria & her daughter Alessia (spelling probably incorrect). These two are quite the pair & we absolutely loved our conversations & enjoyed learning more about cooking, culture and the way of life in Capri. We cooked fried zucchini flower & arugula, baked the traditional Capri cake and made Ravioli Caprese. The food turned out great & we also got the chance to play with their 6 month puppy Cocoa. If we ever come back to Capri we’d definitely love to take another class with Vittoria. Highly recommend this wonderful experience!

Beautiful experience!! We were a family of two adults and three little girls, and it was one of the best experience in cari! Vittoria and her daughter were so nice! We made everything! from the pasta dough, the filling, the topping for the pizza and even the cake. Everything was super clean and fresh from her own garden. We got to cut the eggplants ourselves and write step-by-step all the recipes. The view is stunning, and you really can feel the authenticity of beautiful Capri. Highly recommended!!

The lady is lovely She is not a chef and it’s her first year doing it - she said she loves to cook - she uses box barilla pasta which I was willing to accept but then the other family arrived with 3 small kids - no where did it say kids in class and I knew the dynamics would change with 3 kids under 7 in the class with their mom and dad which I think is an awesome activity as a family but not to add another stranger with no kids - hopefully I will get a refund for the experience which was disappointing an wasted half a day of mine - it’s my 20 th summer in Capri and I have been into some of the best kitchens to learn - I am a chef and I love to cook and love to learn from Other people - depends what you looking for If you need to learn to boil water and pasta it’s for you - otherwise do more research - I cannot comment on the class as I did not do it - wish it would have been advertised better
Dear Madam, I am sorry for your words, but if you had paused to read the description of what you were booking, you would not have found it written anywhere that I am a professional chef. I am a mom who loves to cook traditional recipes. The menu for the day included : fried pizza, ravioli capresi and torta caprese. Where she saw the canned Barilla pasta, we still haven't figured out. Regarding the lesson, She arrived well in advance, we entertained her, and when she asked who the other guests were, discovering that it was a family with children, she decided on her own to not attend the class, which instead ran smoothly and was very enjoyable, perhaps precisely because of the presence of the children. For the future, dear Madam, I urge you to better read the specifics of what you book, because the class was not a private lesson, but open to small groups, up to a maximum of 6 participants, and also there are no specifics against children, who indeed are very welcome. From the moment she left the lesson, she sent continuous threats on our whatsapp number (we keep the messages) in order to receive a refund, otherwise she would have given a bad review to our lesson, which she later did. She recommends our potential clients to avoid our lesson, frankly we are glad to have avoided behaviors like his. Regards Vittoria
