Wij brengen naar uw accommodatie/vakantiehuis een van de belangrijkste culinaire tradities van de Pugliese keuken: HANDMADE PASTA. Deze ervaring stelt je niet alleen in staat om je bagage mee naar huis te nemen met de voldoening dat je met je eigen handen hebt deelgenomen aan de bereiding van 3 soorten pasta, maar ook om technieken en trucs te hebben geleerd die je in de praktijk kunt brengen om je familie en vrienden op weg naar huis. De ervaring omvat de bereiding van 3 soorten verse pasta: Orecchiette, Tagliatelle en een gevulde eierpasta, maar de ervaring stopt hier niet, voor elk type pasta zullen we een saus/dressing bereiden voor een explosie van smaak. Aan het einde gaat iedereen zitten om de bereide gerechten te proeven, vergezeld van een aperitief aangeboden door onze lokale chef-kok.

Wonderful cooking class, it was great to learn how to make three different pastas in our holiday accommodation. Pastas were cooked for us, along with appetisers and gelato to finish, which was all very yummy, albeit three pasta dishes were a lot to eat. Would recommend.
The cooking class we did was a wonderful experience, maybe the best during our trip! The approach was really personal, & very professional at the same time. Everybody had a lovely time while making delicious pasta. Francesca made the pasta afterwards with a lot of love in our kitchen! We weren't allowed in the kitchen, since she insisted on us having a wonderful time at the table all together and we definitely did!
We were pleasantly surprised by the cooking workshop! While on holiday with friends, we booked this experience for someone’s birthday, and it turned out to be the perfect morning activity. We enjoyed preparing a delicious lunch and still had plenty of time to relax by the pool afterward. The two chefs were incredibly friendly and provided excellent explanations throughout the session. Their attention to detail was impressive, from setting the table beautifully to leaving the kitchen spotless. We highly recommend this experience 100%!
We were a family of 7, grandparents, adult children and grandchildren. Angela and Mariana made learning how to make 3 types of pasta enjoyable for all. The service was outstanding, friendly (like family) and understanding (we were not good pasta makers). The dishes served were delicious. Grazie mille.
Francesca is competent, humorous, patient. She efficiently taught us how to make four different types of pasta and then prepared and served a beautiful and very tasty dinner.
Don’t know which was more fun- creating the pasta or eating it! Our family of 7 loved the cooking lesson with Francesca & Marianna. Can’t recommend it highly enough.
Francesca, Marianna and Valeria were enthusiastic and patient with our large group including adults and 8 children ranging from 3-16 years old. We had a fantastic time making orecchiette, tagliatelle, and ravioli and eating them with 3 delicious sauces. One of the highlights of our time in Puglia.
A wonderful cooking class experience. Our teachers were two amazing puglian women that taught us how to make 3 different types of pasta. This a great activity for all ages and their English is very good.

My family and I reserved a pasta making class for 4 adults at our holiday home in Puglia. The experience was truly memorable, and Angela and Francesca were nothing short of amazing! From the time Francesca and Angela arrived, until the moment they left, my family was pampered with amazing food. From appetizer to desert, everything was a perfect complement to the delicious pasta we made. The pasta lesson was top notch. Francesca and Angela tailored their instruction to each of our skill levels, and the techniques we learned were simple and easy to follow...we will use them for many years to come. A truly memorable experience that we will never forget!
