In deze praktische en leuke cursus ontdek je de geheimen van culinaire tradities, helemaal vanaf de basis. Je leert hoe je echte durumtarwegriesmeel gebruikt om de typische verse pastavormen van het eiland te maken, en de geurige sauzen om die mee te serveren. De grote finale: u neemt plaats aan tafel om van uw creaties te genieten. Een unieke reis door de natuur en de smaakpapillen! Als u van tafel gaat, maak dan een wandeling naar de haven van Giardini Naxos. Deel 2: De boottocht Het avontuur gaat verder....We varen langs de prachtige Ionische kust om de baai, de historische Kaap Taormina en het beroemde Isola Bella, een beschermd natuurgebied, te bewonderen. Tijdens de tour ontdek je de mythen van het land en kun je een verfrissende duik nemen in het kristalheldere water van de Blauwe Grot of de Grot van de Dag.

If I could give this experience more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we arrived, we felt like part of the family. The cooking class was hands down one of the highlights of our trip. The chefs were incredibly energetic, welcoming, and passionate about sharing their family recipes, traditions, and Sicilian culture. Every dish we prepared was absolutely delicious, but what made it truly special was the atmosphere. We laughed, sang, shared stories, enjoyed refreshments, and sat down to eat family-style together. It felt less like a class and more like spending the afternoon with lifelong friends. It was informative, interactive, and so much fun! Chef Mimmo not only shared these delicious recipes, they were also kind enough to attend to my allergies and make sure everyone was at home. Full bellies, fuller hearts! And just when we thought the day couldn’t get any better, Sonia took us on the most incredible boat excursion. She was attentive, kind, and made everyone feel comfortable from the start. Her knowledge of the area was amazing, and she knew exactly where to find the dolphins! Seeing them so close to the boat was one of the most breathtaking experiences we’ve ever had. It truly felt magical. The boat ride itself was perfect from the stunning views of the iconic coastline and islands to the refreshing swim stop. We were treated to delicious pizza, incredible arancini, drinks, and plenty of laughs along the way. Every detail was thoughtfully planned, making the entire experience relaxing, exciting, and unforgettable. This wasn’t just an excursion it was a day full of authentic Sicilian hospitality, incredible food, unforgettable scenery, and memories we’ll cherish forever.
