De officiële residentie van de Spaanse koninklijke familie wordt beschouwd als een van de mooiste paleizen ter wereld en de grootste van West-Europa. Het paleis heeft duizenden kamers en een interessante geschiedenis, aangezien het zich bevindt op de plaats waar ooit het islamitische fort stond, vanaf de tijd dat de Moren de stad bestuurden voordat het terugkeerde naar de christelijke controle. Binnen in het paleis voel je je een dag als een koning of koningin terwijl we door de tientallen kamers dwalen die zijn versierd met waardevolle voorwerpen, geborduurd behang, wandtapijten en honderden kunstwerken in de tentoonstellingsruimtes. Terrific tour of Royal Palace with great guide Leila. Informative and entertaining. Recommend.
The castle was amazingly nice and it was an experience for the whole family. The guide was very skilled and nice and we got very much out of the trip
A shame! We bought tickets in August and they never arrived! There's talk of legalized fraud! That's not acceptable!
It was a cool site to show our teenage kids. Shanon our tour guide was on time and very good with the stories and making It come alive. Glad we used him.
Good value though late start and security checks delayed tour Guide was very knowledgable and helpful Prado very busy so would have preferred more time to really enjoy
BE CAREFUL !!! This tour operator should not be given a license. We travelled all the way from Asia, had this tour booked months in advance, came to the meeting point 45 mins early and no tour guide showed up. We asked literally every tour guide we saw but no one knew about them. I had tried to contact them 2 days prior and no response. On the day when I couldn't find the tour guide I called, texted and no reply. BUT credit to Viator, they tried their best to help and they did. If not for them, I would have been scammed by this tour operator.
This is a wonderful way to see the Royal Palace. The pace is just about right and the information provided is broad but not overwhelming. The only real wait is waiting to get through the security check. The guide was easy to find (sitting next to the entrance holding the operator's name on a sign) and the tour runs smoothly.
