Beschrijving
Een volledige dagtour (tot 10 uur) door de afgelegen, mystieke en zelden bezochte tempels van Koh Ker en Beng Mealea per gedeelde minibus. Er mogen maximaal 10 personen en koppels enz. in de minibus rijden. De tour is inclusief een Engelssprekende gids, die is opgeleid en gecertificeerd is door de Apsara Authority die het tempelcomplex beheert. Het vervoer is een minibus met 12 zitplaatsen, waarvan 2 zitplaatsen gereserveerd zijn voor een koelbox en handbagage van gasten enz. Gratis koude handdoeken en ijskoud mineraalwater zijn beschikbaar in de bus. Gasten kunnen een lunchpakket meenemen of eten in de cafés in de buurt van de tempel, maar gasten worden gewaarschuwd dat de cafés aanzienlijk eenvoudiger zijn dan in de stad.

Ophaallocaties en -tijden
We kunnen ophalen bij ALLE stadshotels in Siem Reap. ZORG ERVOOR dat u ons uw ACCOMMODATIE (HOTEL) DETAILS verstrekt. Anders kunnen we je niet ophalen. We hebben uw hotelgegevens minimaal 24 uur voor de ophaaltijd nodig. De rondleiding verlaat ons kantoor of wachtlounge stipt om 8.30 uur. Ophalen is van 7.40 uur tot 8.10 uur. Aangezien een preciezere tijd niet kan worden gegeven, raden we onze klanten aan om om 07:40 uur klaar te staan in de lobby van het hotel.

The tour was very good! John, our tour guide is very knowledgeable about the temple sites we visited and answered all our questions. He allowed ample time for us to enjoy the places and even helped take great photos! This review is in two parts: the first one for Koh Ker and the surrounding Temples, and the second one for the very good guide Mr. Sarun. The Koh Ker pyramid is magnificent, and seems a pity that there were not many tourists there. The pyramid has seven tiers and one can reach the top easily. The temples around it are steeped in history and one cannot but be overwhelmed by it all. As for Mr. Sarun, he is knowledgeable and experienced. He explained the important features nicely, and took the time showing me the Temples and the ponds. The experience was certainly enhanced due to him!

My guide, Phyrom, had a deep knowledge of history and was a very learned tour. He also learned Pali, so he told me that the script on the ruins was not Pali, but more correctly ancient Khmer. For those who are interested in history, he is a good guide. The driver, Sacca, was a lovely young man with a smile who opened the door every time and made it easier for me to spend time in the car. Sacca means truth, but he was also sincere.

This is one of the best options you can do if you want a chill empty almost private tour of temples. Especially if you want to take pictures as the temples were empty and not a lot of people come here. Our guide was Tola, and he’s been incredible! Super knowledgeable patient and adaptive, and funny too. Very recommended!

Had an amazing day trip to see the Koh Ker temples. Our guide John was really informative and taught us lots of history about the temples, and he was really helpful taking lots of photos of us. The driver Jack was great too and had brought lots of water bottles for us, as it was a hot day! The temples are so beautiful and magical, I’d definitely recommend this tour

The tour was booked with Siem Reap Shutters. Very good tour to see Beng Mealea temple、Koh Ker pyramid, and other temples as well. Amazing temples the ancient Khmer built. I've had two wonderful tours with this company! Koh Ker is worth visiting, beautiful nature and amazing temples. Beng Mealeah is a very large and beautiful territory!
