Ophaallocaties en -tijden
1. De klant wordt opgehaald bij zijn of haar accommodatie, of dit nu een hotel, huis of appartement is. 2. Het is raadzaam om 10 minuten van tevoren bij het ophaalpunt aanwezig te zijn. 3. De ophaaltijd is 9:00 uur. 4. De reistijd van de stad naar de boerderij bedraagt ongeveer 45 minuten. 5. De rondleiding begint om 10:00 uur. 6. De rondleiding eindigt tussen 13:30 en 14:00 uur. 7. De gebruiker zal tussen 14:30 en 15:00 uur terug zijn in het hotel. 8. Let op: de activiteit omvat een wandeling door heuvels van ongeveer 500 meter hoog. 9. De locatie ligt op een hoogte van 1750 meter boven zeeniveau.

It is a complete learning and tasting experience. The estate is beautiful. The mountains and the surrounding nature are spectacular. Their employees are very kind, attentive, and friendly. Mateo, our coffee master, is very knowledgeable and knows how to teach. They are very organized. I recommend that if you have trouble walking, you take advantage of the offer to go up by donkey. If your physical problem is SERIOUS, you are not going to have a good time. The experience is deep in the countryside, a beauty. It is worth repeating.

Cordial saludo, hemos revisados su caso y no se evidencia de falla de frenos en ninguno de nuestros vehículos. Por otro lado, sería bueno tener el nombre del conductor específicamente y dar un mejor análisis. Gracias

Prompt pick-up from hotel then a drive to the coffee farm. A good introduction to coffee production. Staff were very friendly and lunch was included. A nice trip out of the city of Medellin

The best tour I’ve taken in Medellín. The hotel pickup maybe the day a lot easier and smoother. Our driver helped carry a baby from another family up and down the mountains. The tour guide was informative and funny. There were constant refreshments to hydrate after walking up and down hill. The food with the view was perfect. It was really great to learn about the various ways to make coffees around the world and taste them with different profiles. Great information, great ambience.

The tour was very good and Matteo explained very well. However, there were many people for the same time. Nor was it informed that the tour was of Mules and not horses. The route is pretty bad for the walk. The animals do not seem to be well taken care of, including, the mule that took me did not want to follow the path and took a tap from the guide (oq me left very bad)
Very good experience, it is 100% worth it if you want to learn more about Colombian culture.
