Wereldberoemde rit met paard en wagen in Central Park! HALLO! Mijn naam is Anastasia! Ik ben 12 jaar geleden geëmigreerd uit Oekraïne en werd verliefd op de paarden in Central Park. Na een paar jaar te hebben gewerkt, opende ik mijn eigen bedrijf en bouwde ik mijn eigen team op. Groot succes!! Met dank aan onze gewaardeerde klanten! The ride itself was lovely but the driver was recently from Ukraine and spoke very little English. He tried his best and through mime and some key words we realised what the main sights were. It was very hard to find the starting point from the directions provided.
Matt, our driver, texted with us so we knew where to meet him. We did the longer ride so there was time to stop at several places and take pictures. Got to feed our horse Strawberry some carrots. Learned she was a former thoroughbred racing horse. Matt was knowledgeable about the park and its history. We enjoyed the experience and it's a great way to see the park.
Nice carriage ride through the park. Matt would give us some to the park's history as we road along. We had similar experience 31 years ago for our first Wedding Anniversary. Wanted to repeat for this year!
Unfortunately this was cancelled due to heat restrictions. Please provide me with the date I can expect the refund.
The excursion was cancelled by the provider without informing me. We travelled to the pick up location and found out that the event had been cancelled. The ride was scheduled for 1:00 pm which was plenty of time to inform us on the cancellation.
Our Driver was very a very nice Turkish man, he told us lots of things about the park and answered questions that my mother asked. He definitely didn’t have to do that but it was very sweet of him! The horse Gracie was a beautiful mare, we got to feed her carrots and pet her! The pictures our driver took came out nice and will last a lifetime!

We had booked a carriage tour of Central Park for May 16 at 10am. But could not take the tour because I got sick. Have been trying to contact aviator for a refund, but got no response. I know this is a reputable company, but their lack of response to customers concerns is frustrating & extremely disappointing.
Matt was extremely knowledgeable! Love the ride and how beautiful the park is! Couldn't ask for better!
