What a blast. Wear comfortable clothing. Be prepared for a workout. Had a blast with my friends. Great for alotnof laughter!
Sara, so glad you and your friends had a blast on the Adventure Park! Great tips — comfortable clothes and being ready for a workout are the way to go. It's the kind of experience that's even better with friends and plenty of laughs. Thanks for coming out to Highline Adventures!
The instruction was clear, the staff very helpful, and course was challenging, but fun.
Short review, big adventure — we'll take it! 😄 Clear instruction, helpful staff, and a challenging course that delivers the fun — that's the Highline Adventures adventure park formula near Santa Barbara! So glad it hit the mark across the generations. Come back and add the ziplines next time!
Good experience. Started on the lower level for practice then moved to the top level. Definitely recommend gloves for the upper level.
Pro tip noted — gloves are a game changer up top! 🧤 So glad you worked your way from the practice level all the way to the top of the adventure course at Highline Adventures — that's exactly how it's done! Consider yourself officially seasoned for the next visit near Santa Barbara. See you back in the trees soon!
Great course. We got great instructions
Dad with my my adult son an daughter. We have done other similar rope/zipline courses from indoor to outdoor:Lake Tahoe, Oregon, AZ. so we have done other courses. This place has a 2- level rope course. In order to do the 2nd level, you have to conquer the first level. 2nd level is harder from the heigh and difficulty perspective. With our time and endurance limit, we were only able to get through 2 courses on the 2nd level. From the 2 and what we can see, it is more difficult. Overall, it was a great course with good variety. Things we have not seen before. The staff were all nice but I think could have been more accurate with the initial direction after check-in (told to wait outside and someone would come, but 5 min past, no one came... and was told we can go up to the harness/set up area. Minor hiccup. The safety and equipment orientation was fine. The equipment and safety system seems similar.same to other places we have gone. I feel safe as it is pretty fail-safe as long as you follow the directions (but duh... right). From Tripadvisor, we got a great value for this compare to their website. Not sure if that was error/intentional (eg get business) and help spread the words. ANyhoo.. great deal to book from Tripadvisor-$45 vs $64 official website).
This was a super fun and exciting experience. They prioritized safety all along the way. They emailed me with details of the alternative entrance before my reservation which was helpful. We received detailed safety instructions and we all did a safety test fall and practice on how to use the click it system which helped me feel confident in the gear. There was a guide, Rachel, who hung out with us and provided tips on how to do some of the obstacles. Overall, I would do this again and check out the other side of the course I didn't get to explore. I highly recommend! and this is coming from someone who has a fear of heights.
In the trees, away from people but great area to visit local towns and sight see. Multiple courses of ropes etc. and good activity
It was an amazing first experience!! The staff was very welcoming & helpful!! Shout out to Joey for helping me make it across the first three courses!! Thank you to both Britney and I didn’t get the other staff girl name who was with her for the midday shift. Both were super supportive and helpful in showing me how to get across a course and very encouraging!! Definitely recommend going everyone was super supportive and friendly 🥹!! Side note: Not super expensive, very well worth your money and time! Spent 2 hours there and got 5 courses done, if you don’t have bad anxiety or fear of heights you most definitely can get through more obstacles. Also we paid $20 for the video and it was worth recording the whole time! Then you can kind of relive the experience again. My bestie and I got lucky we had the whole course to ourselves, and we went at 12pm on a random Wednesday! Best for anyone in general!! I had a lot of fun even if I spent most of my time scared to make it across, the staff was very patient and helpful :) !
I'm glad that I can feel nature and feel a sense of accomplishment. In solvang, it is not just sightseeing of the city. On the other hand, depending on his height and width of his legs, there was a difficult route, so I thought it would be better to take a closer look before starting if there was a divergence.
My daughters had so much fun! Friendly staff, perfect location and an amazing adventure. We can’t wait to come back and do the zipline. It was an unforgettable experience for the entire family!
