Kleinschalige Bayou Airboat-rit met vervoer vanuit New Orleans
Beschrijving
Een rondvaart door de beroemde moerassen van Louisiana is de perfecte manier om de ongetemde kant van New Orleans te ervaren. Aan boord van een kleine luchtboot (maximaal 13 passagiers) verken je moerassen en reis je diep in afgelegen baaien terwijl je vaart tot 75 mph (72 km/u)! Geniet van het weelderige landschap, kijk uit voor dieren in het wild en hoor vermakelijke verhalen en feiten van je gids tijdens je ongeveer 1,5 uur durende tocht met de luchtboot. Ophalen en wegbrengen van het hotel is inbegrepen.

Nadat je bent opgehaald bij je hotel in het centrum van New Orleans of French Quarter, rijd je langs de rivier de Mississippi naar een afgelegen moeras in Cajun Country, op minder dan een uur rijden, voor een spannende high-speed airboat-tour. Onderweg zal je vriendelijke chauffeur leuke verhalen en interessante feiten over de regio vertellen.
Stap aan boord van een kleine moerasboot en ontspan terwijl uw professionele luchtbootkapitein u comfortabel door moerassen en diep in afgelegen baaien brengt. Houd je goed vast tijdens je 1,5 uur durende (ruwweg) tocht met de moerasboot, want de luchtboot haalt snelheden tot 72 km/u! Bekijk overvloedige cipressen, de staatsboom van Louisiana en kijk uit voor inheemse dieren in het wild. Na je airboat-tour keer je terug naar je hotel.

We halen op in New Orleans in elk hotel, Bed & Breakfast of selecteer Airbnbs, uptown (in de buurt van St. Charles Ave.), in (of in de buurt van) de Franse wijk en op de Westbank. We halen niet op bij de luchthaven, in New Orleans East, in Slidell of aan de noordkust. De leverancier zal de dag voor uw tour contact met u opnemen om u een exacte ophaaltijd te geven.

If anyone says this tour is anything other than fabulous- they’re wrong! Literally one of the best tours ever in our thirty years of marriage- including trips to Europe and other countries. The alligators got up close and personal - it was thrilling and terrifying and so much fun. The only negative was it was hot- which is expected- but as for a rating- this tour hands down is five stars!

Isabelle is the absolute best. She provided clear pickup information, was right on time, and gave us thorough and wonderful explanations of the history and various landmarks of New Orleans as she took us to and from our airboat trip. From start to finish, she made sure that we had a great time on this excursion.
The Bayuo fast boat tour was fantastic. Great boats and skipper who provided an exiting tour of the swamps and Bayuo with plenty of alligators approaching the boat for a chicken snack along with birds and other wildlife. Isabella picked us up at the hotel and provided an interesting history of New Orleans and the swamps on our way out of town to get on the boats. Highly recommended tour you must do when you visit New Orleans. Safe for people of all ages.

We were a group of 5 women from 30's to 70's. We all throughly enjoyed every minute. From pickup airboat and the ride back. Knowledgeable on New Orleans history,swamp, gators and eco system. We all agreed this was by far our favorite tour we did while in New Orleans. We did many in the 6 days we were in NOLA. Highly recommend this outting. Saw so many alligators.
