Ik laat je de beste plekjes zien en laat je kennismaken met lokale beroemdheden zoals Miss Guillermina, de Grootmoeder van Little Havana. Maak je klaar voor een onvergetelijke en persoonlijke ervaring! Little Havana is een verborgen juweeltje en ik zal het je laten zien! ZOVEEL te zien in de historische wijk! Cubaanse sigaren in Miami? Er is een manier om het embargo te omzeilen! We beginnen met een biologische sapproeverij. Geniet van gastronomische lekkernijen van een authentieke Cubaanse bakkerij, inbegrepen in uw tour is een met ham gevulde kroket, Guava gevuld bladerdeeg & een Cubaanse frisdrank. Proef de beroemde Cubaanse koffie, colada, in een verborgen juweeltje café. Tijdens onze tour komen we langs iconische plekken zoals de Famous Ball & Chain. Artiesten als Chet Baker, Count Basie en zelfs Billy Holiday maakten debuten! Ook Domino Park en Tower Theatre zal in onze route! Bewonder klassieke auto’s die nog steeds als belangrijkste vervoermiddel in Cuba worden gebruikt.

We zullen de volledige geschiedenis van Cuba behandelen. Vanaf 1902, toen de Cubaanse vlag werd ingevoerd, tot de omverwerping van het Castro-regime. Vang ook een glimp op van het originele Cuba, voordat de Spanjaarden het eiland veroverden in 1942.
We zullen de beste sapproeverij en gebak hebben in heel Calle 8. Ook de beste en sterkste koffie in de buurt. Maak je klaar om AL je zintuigen te verbeteren met een echte en authentieke Cubaanse ervaring!
Maak een reis terug in de tijd met een authentieke Guayebera winkel die ALLE Cubaanse mode verkoopt! Van linnen overhemden & broeken tot Fadora's & Panamahoeden! Leer ook een korte geschiedenis over de reden waarom / hoe het 4-pocket T-shirt zo populair werd in de Cubaanse cultuur! Dit is de originele Guayebera winkel die al meer dan 50 jaar in Little Havana zit! Oorspronkelijk heette het Pepe Y Berta! Ook een exclusieve toegang tot de winkels "Museum Experience" die is opgenomen op deze ervaring!
Indoor Cigar Lounge met kunst van Manuel Bello en Aristides rondom de winkel! Wist je dat Cuba vandaag de dag nog steeds bekend staat als DE BESTE Tabak ter Wereld. Sinds JFK president was, zijn Cubaanse sigaren NIET toegestaan in de VS. Er is een manier om het embargo te omzeilen. Ontdek waarom Cuba de beste bladeren ter wereld heeft!
Bezoek de beroemdste Art Gallery in Little Havana! Uitgelicht in de New York Times, deze plek bevat duizenden dollars waarde of originele kunstwerken. Heeft ook kroonluchters en bar toppen die vroeger op het Cubaanse eiland waren!
Van old School Jazz tot Classical Salsa. Deze plaats werd opgericht in 1935 en is nu een lust voor het oog! Alleen klassieke salsa en cha cha cha spelen
Hier zullen we onze unieke Cubaanse koffie drinken die bekend staat als de Cubaanse Colada! Een blend van Arabica bonen (geroosterd in huis) met de zoete gekarameliseerde suiker topping bekend als "espumita". Van de gewone espresso een zoete, maar toch ZEER sterke koffie maken. Leer ook een beetje over hoe koffie zo beroemd werd op het eiland en waar het vandaan kwam! Hint, het is niet in Amerika :)
Leer de geschiedenis achter dit iconische park. Ook de belangrijkste reden dat Cubanen het spel spelen. Oorspronkelijk heette het Antonio Maceo Park, daarna Maximo Gomez Park, nu beter bekend als Domino Park, dit is de ontmoetingsplek voor de lokale bevolking die teruggaat tot de jaren 60!

We did the little Havana cultural food tasting tour. Our guide Kayan was incredibly hospitable, as we entered each space he greeted the owners and the workers like family. Kayan walked us through a little Havana with ease as we sampled some of the most yummy treats and drinks sampling the fresh made juice from the original owner of Los Pinaerños felt so true to the culture. Also spotting the chickens we were encouraged to share our leftovers with them.

I went on this tour as a gift from my brother, and we had a great experience going on the Little Havana tour with Kayan. He is super knowledgeable and will give you an experience you will never forget. When you are touring with him, he does not feel like a tour guide, he feels much more like a friend. I plan to do this tour again with Kayan, my brother and my girlfriend when she gets into town. The food was amazing! We did a tour with Kayan. He was exceptional. He was warm, friendly, and educational. Most of all - he was authentic. Several times he stopped to talk to people in the community and I think that’s what I liked most about him. Would recommend without reservation.

Kayan has such respect and enthusiasm for Little Havana. He knew locals at every turn! He has deep knowledge of living in the area for over 20 years, with his own unique cultural story he shared. We could have listened to his stories all day as he guided us to cigar shops, exquisite murals, clothing stores, and the yummiest treats with amazing Cuban music, and more. It was an experience to remember! We would definitely go back for the full day tour with Kayan!

Kayan was fantastic. Our group enjoys walking tours and food tours; we have been on them from Paris to Montreal to Charlotte to Miami to Rockport Massachusetts and this was one of the best, especially due to Kayan.
