Duik in de rijke geschiedenis van Istanbul en ontdek de belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden in het hart van de oude stad tijdens deze ochtendtour van een halve dag. Je ziet de Blauwe Moskee, zo genoemd vanwege de blauwe tegels op de muren van het interieur, en het Hippodroom van Constantinopel, dat het centrum was van het sportieve en sociale leven tijdens het Byzantijnse rijk.

Blauwe moskee, tegenover de Hagia Sophia, beroemd met zijn blauwe Iznik-tegels en uniek met 6 minaretten, gebouwd in de naam van Sultan Ahmet.
Grote overdekte bazaar, het aantrekkelijkste winkelcentrum en de grootste "souk" ter wereld met bijna 4000 winkels die antiek, sieraden, goud, tapijten, lederwaren en souvenirs verkopen. (Kunstdemonstratie van handgemaakte Turkse tapijten op aanvraag)
Hagia Sophia, de kerk van goddelijke wijsheid, een van de grootste wonderen van de architectuur, gebouwd als een basiliek in de 6e eeuw door keizer Justinianus.
Hippodrome, centrum van sportieve evenementen (wagenrennen, atletiek) en politieke activiteiten van de oude stad. Serpentine Column, Obelisk van Theodosius en Duitse fontein van Wilhelm II zijn de monumenten die het Hippodrome sieren.
"Sultan Ahmet Center", het hart van de "oude stad" van waaruit de Byzantijnse en Ottomaanse rijken werden geregeerd

- Houd er rekening mee dat er lange wachttijden kunnen zijn voor toegang tot de Blauwe Moskee en de Hagia Sophia
- Kinderen moeten worden vergezeld door een volwassene
- Kan worden beheerd door een meertalige gids
- Toegangsprijs Hagia Sophia Museum is niet inbegrepen in het programma. Gasten kunnen hun tickets ter plaatse kopen.

To start with, very easy to book with the option of several pickup locations and at a good price. The whole experience went well, all the schedules were punctual, the guide spoke Spanish very well, he was very approachable, I think his name was Mehmet, he spoke very well about the history of the monuments, about things in current Istanbul, and he mastered many technical words of the tour in Spanish, he was very approachable and patient with us, it is a tour to recommend, the only downside is that in the restaurant where the food was arranged and the drink was not, they charged me €8 for an espresso and a latte, everything else, perfect

The guide was very informative and friendly he was tolerantung and clam The tour was fun we learn alot of new stuff The only thing that make it a 4 star rhe information in the email were not accurate They wrote to us it is 1:30pm but the driver came at 8 am But they were very cooperative and they changed the tour to another day
