Dit kan het begin zijn van een droom die uitkomt. Zoek niet verder, of lees verder als je twijfelt! Als enkele van de meest ervaren gidsen analyseren de gidsen de weersvoorspellingen voorafgaand aan elke tour en hebben ze nauw contact met een netwerk van gidsen voor de hoogste kansen om het noorderlicht te zien. Het comfortabele voertuig met 4x4-aandrijving is volledig uitgerust met alles wat u nodig heeft in het noordpoolgebied, zodat u een afgelegen landschap kunt ontdekken en de meer rustige en vredige plaatsen kunt bereiken. Ophalen is op een centrale locatie in Tromsø, waardoor er meer tijd is voor het vinden, en eerder zien van de Aurora! Met geen twee avonden hetzelfde vervaagt het enthousiasme en de toewijding nooit. Bij het bereiken van geschikte luchten zullen we ons kamp opzetten voor de avond. Meestal is dit een kortere rit naar de omliggende kusteilanden van Tromsø, of indien nodig een langere rit naar Finland.

Onze op maat gemaakte tourbus, is volledig uitgerust met alles wat we nodig hebben in het Noordpoolgebied, waardoor we afgelegen landschappen kunnen ontdekken en de meer rustige en vredige plekken kunnen bereiken. Soms is dit een korte rit naar de omliggende kust van Tromsø, of indien nodig een langere rit naar Finland.

Our tour guide Bogdan took us to a beautiful waterfront location where we were lucky to view spectacular northern lights. We had a truly magical time by a campfire, kept warm in our snow suits sipping hot soup and hot chocolate. All while enjoying breathtaking light show in the sky!! We had a truly wonderful experience touring with Fede from Northern Soul Adventures. Fede searched for the best spot to observe the lights, even though it meant driving for several hours to get there. We were deeply impressed by his ability to explain the aurora hunting indices so clearly, what they mean and how to interpret them. It felt like a fascinating masterclass on the Northern Lights, and having it in both English and Spanish was a fantastic plus for Spanish-speaking travelers. Thanks to the spot he chose, we witnessed high-intensity auroras and captured incredible photos. Being in a small group of just 8 people allowed us to fully connect with the experience and enjoy the show in peace. Tomas did a great job in finding the northern lights. We drove all the way to Finland to find an opening in the weather. It was a long drive and late night worth the time ! A once in a lifetime experience !
WOW! We loved our time with Federico! He was so passionate and took the time to thoroughly teach us all about the northern lights! It was raining in Tromso, but he went above and beyond and drove us almost to the Finnish border to find us a spot to see the northern lights. He took so much care in finding us the best spots and chances to see the northern lights- and he gave his all in helping us take pictures with our devices, he also took so many for us and of us with his professional camera.! The organization was also good and thoughtful, one of us has a decent amount of allergies- so they took care to make alternative soup and cookies for her! It was delicious! All in all, we had the most amazing time, and we truly recommend everyone to go on a northern lights hunt with Federico if you have the chance!
What an amazing experience chasing the Northern lights. The weather was very challenging, heavy rain and windy. Our expert Guide Tomas took us to a location by the coast approximately 1hr and a half from Tromsø. Still raining, then the sky began to clear. A few stars appeared and then most of the sky cleared . We waited to see if Lady Aurora would show, while we enjoyed hot soup and cookies around the campfire. And Wow the whole sky was dancing! Absolutely amazing show (colours to the naked eye pale green and white) Thank you to Tomas and Ana for a well organised, informative and professional trip.
We were hopeful but had low expectations of seeing the northern lights due to snow and heavy cloud cover. However, Northern Soul Adventures really know their stuff. They do their research, tracking conditions and adapting the plan to find the best location for that evening. We drove all the way to Finland to see the lights and had some brilliant photos taken by our guide and photographer, Bogdan. It was freezing but we were given hand warmers and shoe warmers which really helped, and had the option of a thermosuit if needed. We then enjoyed a delicious soup and hot drinks around a very warm camp fire while we learnt more about the aurora. On our drive back, an even more spectacular northern lights display started and Bogdan quickly pulled over on the side of the road so we could get out to witness the stunning display and take more incredible photos! It was a late finish but well worth it. Highly recommend!
Great great tour! Our guide Bogdan was really professional, drove to different spots to try and find a good place to settle and watch the lights. We actually went for 2 different tours, and I must say Bogdan’s photo taking skills are really 💯 compared to the other tour. Enjoyed the tomato soup, hot drinks and heat packs provided. Highly recommend!
