Je kunt Italië niet bezoeken zonder minstens één pastagerecht te proberen... Dus, we leren het jullie twee! Leer hoe je 'sfoglia' (verse pasta) met de hand rolt en hoe je 2 eenvoudige verschillende soorten pasta (gevulde verse pasta) vanaf nul kunt bereiden met je lokale gastheer. Als kers op de taart leert u ook de iconische Tiramisu bereiden. Deel je passie voor de Italiaanse keuken terwijl je nieuwe vrienden maakt in deze hands-on kookles. Het is een geweldige manier om de Italiaanse cultuur echt te ervaren. We had an amazing time being welcomed into Luisa and Ritas Home where they taught us the simple but fabulous flavours!!! The pasta dishes and tiramisu was an absolute treat!!! Thank you for making our memories of us!!
Both hosts were wonderfully welcoming, encouraging, and warm. We had great conversations in English, Spanish, and Italian. A lovely night and a great memory!
Luisa & Rita were amazing hosts! We felt welcomed from the very first moment we arrived. Luisa & Rita spoke Spanish, English, and Italian. We were able to make two delicious pastas, while being taught a lot of tips and tricks. We also were able to make traditional tiramisu which was great. They went above and beyond to make the process enjoyable. We felt as if we had such an authentic experience the entire evening! We even tried their restaurant recommendations the next day, and they were a total hit! This is an absolute must-do if you want to immerse yourself into the local culture and traditions in a personal manner.
We had the best time!!!! How wonderful to be invited into their own home, to learn how to make homemade pasta! It was the freshest pasta we have ever eaten - so delicious! The hosts were so friendly, accommodating & knowledgeable.
