Deze tour is gebaseerd op fooien (de kleine reserveringsbetaling is voor administratieve doeleinden). Het grootste kasteel ter wereld wacht op ons! De Praagse Burcht, meer dan duizend jaar geleden gesticht, is de zetel geweest van welvarende koningen en gekke keizers. Het wordt nu bezet door de Tsjechische president. We beginnen onze tour met de beroemde tram 22 naar de top van het kasteeldistrict (Hradčany). We zullen het Strahov-klooster en het geweldige uitzicht bezichtigen en vervolgens naar beneden gaan naar de Praagse burcht, elke binnenplaats en monument daarin verkennen, de Sint-Vituskathedraal en de mooiste uitzichten die de stad te bieden heeft. Voor deze tour heb je een tramkaartje nodig (30kc). Uw geldige 24-uurs- of 72-uurspas is ook geldig. Om je ticket te bemachtigen, gebruik je het metrostation vlakbij het ontmoetingspunt (Staroměstská) of we kunnen dit samen doen via een mobiele app op het ontmoetingspunt.

We booked the Old town tour for the 1st day we arrived. It was so fantastic and Mike is a natural story teller. We loved it so much that we booked The Castle Tour with Mike again today!!
It was a really good tour with Mel. She is very knowledgeable and passionate. The only bad thing is that you pay the site Viator some amount of money to book a place and give tip to the guide later as it is a tip base tour. The tour guide also give money to the site Viator to have us as her guest so Viator are charging us and the guide as well. The tour guide itself is very well recommended but not the site
Not as interesting as it could’ve be. Guide was not very knowledge and experienced. She even did not know about some special service in cathedral and we miss procession that would be nice to see. Also first 40 min was to cross bridge and use a tram to get to castle. Why not do meet near castle and save us some time. I do not need guide to take a tram...

We had Filip, a career tour guide. His passionate, inspiring approach to his job kept us engaged and interested the entire time. His enthusiastic zeal has set the bar for what I want my guides to be in the future. He was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but his background in journalism lent itself to the way he operated his tour, allowing him to craft a story-driven narrative and a natural flow to the tour itself. AND we got to ride a scenic streetcar to the castle district. A++ tour; I will be recommending this to all my friends and family. P.S. Filip, if you're reading this, don't let that lady gatekeep Star Trek. TNG is valid.
Filip was FANTASTIC! His enthusiasm for Prague and his career as a tour guide was clear and inspiring. I learned so much about Czech history in a short amount of time, as he explained the highlights and the hard times. The tour was long, but it was as advertised, and he has his timing down to a T. Nothing felt rushed or dragged on. He shared personal stories as well which is something you cannot find in any history book or Wiki article. I would recommend this tour 100%
