Every staff member at check-in and on the boat were polite, answer questions and generally take care of you. The food was excellent. The guitar/singing entertainment was a plus and good. Drinks plentiful.
It was fun but it seems the crew needed better communication with the attendees. Food was great and lists of fun
Great food and great staff. So much fun engaging with other people. The wait time was too long…………..
Be prepared to wait in line. Told to be at the cruise spot at least one hour before boat sails. You arrive only to wait well beyond the hour. You then wait in line for your food. The waiting would have not been so bad, but the weather was scorching!
We had a great time on the Sunset Dinner Cruise. The meal was good, drinks great, Staff EXCELLANT!! Entertainment was great as well. My Birthday on the water was perfect!!! Highly Recommend.
Get there on time we had 2 seating look like a full load just listen and follow directions and it’s a good time for all

Our Sunset cruise fell victim to nature as the sunset was obstructed by clouds. This was Mother Nature’s second whammy, as we stood on line for 30 minutes in oppressive heat as we boarded the boat. We were in group A and dined first, and the food was fair. All of these failings were made up for once we got to the top deck, after eating. The musician was excellent, the staff at the bar outstanding and the cruise around Key West most enjoyable. Go for the cruise, enjoy the upstairs, tip the crew, set your standard on medium for the food- and hope that the weather cooperates. I do recommend this event.

Very disappointing experience. The check in was horrible, very unorganized and no where to keep people waiting out of the direct sun. They instructions say to show up an hour early and then make guests stand in direct heat. The table assignment was disorganized and more waiting. No air in a very crowded dining room. No table service, you have to go to bar for drinks, the kid running bar told me he wasn’t a bar tender so don’t know how to make drinks. Food was decent. Only highlight Music not great. And then at the end again, horrible exiting the boat, all jammed up and had to wait in the hot dining room to get out from the front of the boat. Definitely do not recommend.
