Rude staff and overall poor communication skills
Don’t recommend. They were so rude. Demand a tip which is we would give but our money was in the car because we didn’t take it jet skiing. Rudest people- you’re in the hospitality business dude- get it together
My wife and I book a private jet ski tour around the Keys. Tyler Knight was our tour leader and made the experience for us amazing. Tyler was very knowledgeable about the history of the area and showed up some of his favorite places to explore. It was a very relaxed and enjoyable experience and Tyler went above and beyond, with a photo session and a few stops along the way with interesting facts of specific areas within the keys. We would absolutely go again and request Tyler!

This is not any type of tour. It is a ride! I would suggest everyone ride their own Jet Ski. Those who rode double did not appear to enjoy as much as those who rode single.

The Jet Ski was fun. Although, the wind was strong and the water and ride was very rough. So course directions were alters for safety reasons. I appreciate the attention to safety; as for seeing hoped for sights on the tour, that really didn't happen. Next time I will check the wind conditions the day before to determine the best experience. The staff and guides were great, friendly and knowledgeable.

Super fun! Guides (Eric and JJ) were awesome! We did the 9:30 tour and it was fantastic. Highly recommend if you want an adrenaline rush!
Shuttle service was excellent. The guys were very informative. Fun time. Well worth the money. Would recommend to anyone.
