Dolfijnen zijn wijdverbreid in de wateren van Florida, vooral in Key West, omdat ze de voorkeur geven aan de warme wateren van de tropische oceaan. Als we de Dolphin-pod in de Key West Waters bezoeken, wees dan niet verbaasd om hun zang te horen in de vorm van klikken en fluiten. Dolfijnen zijn enkele van de meest intelligente dieren op aarde en erg sociaal. Soms kunnen we groepen dolfijnen in de jaren 1000 zien. Dolfijnen houden van spelen en vaak zien we ze uit het water springen. Wanneer we klaar zijn met het dolfijnen kijken, zullen we cruisen en genieten van een van de grootste riffen ter wereld voor een leuk snorkelavontuur. Op de terugweg kunt u genieten van een open bar waar onbeperkt koud getapt bier en frisdranken worden geserveerd. We bieden deze reis dagelijks aan in de ochtend en bij zonsondergang.

Despite arriving only one minute late, we were denied service and charged the full amount of $800 for a group of nine people. This is unacceptable, especially considering that my mother has a disability and my six-month-old daughter is with me. Even though I had called the establishment prior to our arrival, they did not wait for us. I should have canceled the reservation 24 hours in advance, but our arrival was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. I was traveling with a wheelchair and my daughter, and the situation was chaotic. It is imperative that the establishment implement a penalty system for late arrivals and offer a refund for services not rendered. The $800 charge is excessive and unjustified given the lack of service provided. I strongly advise against booking with this establishment due to the potential for similar issues. The staff’s lack of customer service and disregard for the needs of individuals with disabilities is unacceptable. As a business owner, I prioritize providing exceptional service to my customers.

the experience was really nice, was our last day the weather was not the best but they did everything so we could go to our tour. we saw a long time dophins all around the boat was amazing, they jumped swim in group for more than 40 min. the snorkel is good, because of weather conditions we couldn't go to coral reef but we went to a sponge garden what was nice safe and we saw lobster fishes and shelly fish! the crew was very nice they gave us a lot of information about the marine life in the keys. thank you for this nice experience.
On the way out to snorkel we found a mom and baby dolphin and we were able to see them right off the side of the boat. On the way back we found a whole pod and we stopped. It was majestic.
Unfortunately there's was a lot of wind which forced the captain to find alternative spot for snorkeling. Because of the place and the wind there was less under water life to see. But that's nature, you cannot select weather circumstances from a dropdown list. The captain and his crew did everything to make the best out of it. They were very friendly, spend some time with our little boy (10y) to motivate him to go snorkeling and he managed well. Conclusion, weather was not ideal but it was a nice experience and kudos to the crew.
We got scammed. Not happy. They were not at address listed. The other folks around said they have never heard of them. We won’t be using trip advisor again.
The Tour was cancelled dur the weather. We weren't listed at the counter. (We booked the tour via getyourguide). We didn't get our money back. It is a horrible customer service.
Capt. John, Jesse, & Paige were the best. Very knowledgeable about dolphins and the area we snorkeled in. Enjoyed that there were only 30-ish people on the boat, so it was not crowded at all. Drinks and snorkel gear were included.
Captain Rachel & her crew were great! We got to see some dolphins even after the storm from the hurricane. Snorkeling views were amazing!
Very interactive crew members. Beautiful views the entire time! We would go back to this tour again.
