Bezoek een prachtige en traditionele wijnmakerij en leer hoe je traditionele gerechten kunt koken en proeven in 4 uur kook- en wijnproeverijlessen. Leer over de oude wijngaard van Santorini, de oudste wijngaard van Griekenland en een van de meest zeldzame wijngaarden ter wereld. Ontdek de unieke smaak van Santorini wijn en leer hoe je traditionele gerechten van Santorini kunt koken door een Griekse chef-kok tijdens een kook- en wijnproeverij van 4 uur. We had an amazing time with this cooking class. Constantine came to our hotel to bring us to the winery and he was very friendly and a wealth of knowledge as he is also the sommelier so he added so much to the trip. The chef, Argie, who led the class was awesome. He was funny, skillful and knowledgeable and we learned a lot while we created a delicious meal of favorite Greek dishes. The venue is beautiful and we learned a great deal about how the produce is grown, totally without watering the plants!

We really enjoyed our experience and Constantin was very knowledgeable about the interesting ways in which the local vines grow and how that affects the flavours of the wine. Our chef, Argiris, was really entertaining and gave us loads of tips and tricks about how to improve the flavour and presentation of our food. All in all we had a lovely day!

The cooking class was fantastic. We made classic Santorini food we found a many restaurants. The chef was outstanding. The wines were fantastic. Strongly recommend!

A must-do experience on your visit to Santorini! Chef Galanopoulos was a fantastic teacher. Funny and provided great context for the dishes. Recipes are not intimidating and represent Santorini cuisine. Nikolas was a very informative guide, a smart and perfect representative of the winery. And the food and wine are delicious!

Amazing experience! We learned about the vineyards and the process of making and storing wine. Our guide, Nikolas was very knowledgeable and friendly. A special experience with Argiris the chef and Constantine the sommelier. We enjoyed learning about Santorini, the soils, the salt breezes, how dry it is and how that makes the food and wine here unique from Constantine. Argiris was a great teacher as he took us through the process of preparing our meal and wove in many great insights as he did it. The wine was fantastic along the meal, but the best part was the two guys sharing their knowledge. Definitely worth the time and investment.

Great cooking class with wine pairings! Constantine was amazing sharing his knowledge of Greek wines and the process to make it here with no water! We also loved learning to cook classic Greek dishes from chef Argiris- delicious! Highly recommend this experience.
