Kassonisi-dagcruise vanuit Samos
Beschrijving
Kasonisi is een klein rotsachtig eilandje dat door een nauwe zeestraat van Samos wordt gescheiden. De echte attractie is de kleine zeestraat met zijn geïsoleerde ligging en turquoise water. De zeestraat is minder dan 50 meter breed en met minder dan 1 meter diepte op het meest ondiepe gedeelte. We beginnen met aan boord gaan van de boot in de haven van Pythagorion om langs de oostkust te varen. De eerste stop is bij Kassonisi. Hier springen we direct vanaf de boot in het water. Daarna gaan we verder richting het strand van Posidonion. Hier kunt u ervoor kiezen om direct vanaf de boot te zwemmen of te zonnen en te zwemmen vanaf het strand.

On the site it says of tripadvisor is with sandwich on board included, this is not the case only small piece of orange or apple had with very small glass of ranja. Also asked but lunch could be had at the restaurant on Poseidonio at your own expense. Do not mention on the site as included if you do not get it in my opinion.
A really nice boat trip. Captain Andreas and his crew did everything for everyone got a good experience. Everything on the website will live up to your expectations.

We went with the Captain Andreas boat from Pythagorio harbor to Kasonisi Island. The trip there took about an hour and we were treated with ouzo, orange juice, white wine and small sandwiches during the time on the boat. There was also possibility to buy beer and wine on the boat. First we stopped in the narrow strait between Kasonisi and Samos. The water was crystal blue and we could jump and dive into it from the boat. A lot of fun! 🤩 There was also the possibility to climb via ladder into the water. Then we went to the small beach and town of Poseidonio. Where we stopped for a couple of hours for sun bathing, swimming and lunch at the Taverna. Very beautiful small beach with crystal clear water, quite nice for snorkeling too. After that the boat went back towards Pythagorio, but this time more slowly and closer to the coast line. Very calming and lots of nice scenery and happy waving people along the way. Only drawback we can think was that the volume of the music on the boat was a bit high. Especially when sitting close to a loudspeaker.
