2 uur Zwemmen in de buurt Dolfijn / Zeehond & Kust Snorkelen Safari vertrekt vanaf Christmas Cove Marina, Penneshaw. Hebben de mogelijkheid om te zwemmen in de buurt wilde dolfijnen of zeehonden en snorkelen een aantal van KI's prachtige kustlijn. Het is een geweldige wildlife spotten tour! Wij bieden wetsuits, masker, handdoeken, snorkel, en vinnen. Aankomst bij Christmas Cove Marina in Penneshaw 30 minuten voor vertrek. Je wordt in het wetsuit, masker, snorkel en zwemvliezen van de juiste maat gepast en krijgt een veiligheidsbriefing. Spring dan aan boord van ons 28-persoonsschip op zoek naar het onderwaterleven dat de prachtige kustlijn bewoont. Zeehonden worden vaak erg actief wat zorgt voor een unieke snorkelervaring. Wij zijn de enige operator in Zuid-Australië die de mogelijkheid biedt om te zwemmen in de buurt van de Langneuszeehonden. Ook hebben de mogelijkheid om te zwemmen naast dolfijnen in het wild. De Gids zal onderweg ook een informatief commentaar geven.

- Niet aanbevolen voor zwangere reizigers
- Geschikt voor alle condities
- Aanbevolen wordt dat kinderen ouder dan 9 jaar zijn om deel te nemen aan zwemactiviteiten.
- Niet aanbevolen voor personen met een pacemaker
- Niet geschikt voor zwangere vrouwen (kan aan boord zijn, maar niet in water)
- De watertemperatuur ligt tussen de 14-15 graden. Verwacht dat het verfrissend is. Wij zorgen voor wetsuits (verplicht te dragen). Kinderen onder de 14 jaar zijn dubbel natgeschikt. Als u het snel koud heeft, kunt u vragen om een dubbelnatpak.
- Neem een warme jas mee! We hebben waterdichte jassen aan boord, maar u kunt uw warme jas eroverheen trekken als u uit het water komt.
- Het aantal zeehonden varieert gedurende de verschillende seizoenen. De aantallen pieken in de winter en zijn het laagst tussen november en januari
- Interacties met wilde dieren zijn NIET gegarandeerd. Het team zal die dag hun best doen om u de best mogelijke ervaring te bieden. Als u op enig moment het water in gaat om te snorkelen langs de kust, zeehonden te zwemmen of dolfijnen te zwemmen, krijgt u GEEN geld terug.
- Uit veiligheidsoverwegingen wordt er niet gezwommen als een pod neonaten (babydolfijnen) bij zich heeft. U bent van harte welkom om ze te observeren vanaf het schip.

We had a fabulous trip with Elijah and Thomas. We snorkelled with a pod of dolphins and then got to hang around for an extended period with a gang of very playful seals. The seals were particularly amazing, swimming right up to us before diving away. One of the best in the water experience we have ever had. Thanks guys!

An easy experience for a couple of hours - all equipment supplied, just needed to bring water and a hat. A beautiful coastline and those seals are so adorable. The guides and driver were enthusiastic, knowledgable and respectful of the sealife and went out of their way to provide a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
Great friendly tour group. Unfortunately we didnt find and dolphins or seals to swim with on the day- that's (wild)life but we were given the opportunity of part refund or rebooking. Could not ask for more. Thanks KI Ocean Safaris, Thomas and Elijah.
Amazing experience! We swam with seals and watched a large pod of dolphins. The staff were very helpful and clear in their instructions; we felt reassured about safety.

This was not what I expected. For some reason I was thinking the seals would be in the water with us within in a protected pool of water, not out in the open ocean potentially bumping up against rocks along the coast. Once the seals were within sight, we all got into the water and then had to swim over to where they were hanging out on the rocks, hoping one of them would dive in, but then when one did, we'd stick our head under water, but it was too choppy and bubbly to see anything because of the water hitting the rocks. Overall it was a pretty disappointing experience because of this. The only reason I gave this a start rating is because the staff was friendly and helpful and I felt safe.
