We halen je rechtstreeks op bij je accommodatie in Tokio op een tijdstip dat bij je schema past en afhankelijk van het seizoensgebonden verkeer. Ontspan in een ruime Toyota Alphard met airconditioning terwijl we zuidwaarts gaan naar het schilderachtige kustgebied van Enoshima en de historische stad Kamakura, waar de Grote Boeddha en eeuwenoude tempels van Japan te vinden zijn. Na het verkennen van Kamakura gaan we naar Chinatown van Yokohama, het grootste in Japan, en het iconische Red Brick Warehouse-gebied, perfect voor schilderachtige wandelingen, dineren en souvenirs winkelen. Tijdens de hele reis kan uw chauffeur u helpen met basisvertalingen, het maken van foto's en aanbevelingen voor restaurants of attracties, zodat u verzekerd bent van een soepele en ontspannen dag. Na je avontuur rijden we je veilig en comfortabel terug naar je accommodatie in Tokio.

We halen je overal op binnen de 23 wijken van Tokio (hotels, Airbnb's, stations, enz.) Idealiter vertrekken we rond 8 - 9 AM JST, maar we kunnen afstemmen met uw groep. We zullen je ook voorafgaand aan de reis verbinden met je rit via WhatsApp/Line/WeChat, enz.

It was a total deception we paid for a guided tour in English, he was just chauffeur and didn't even speak English, he got lost and we had to wait for him to be located all the time. A real robbery. We had to do everything on our own without a guide.
We are sorry to hear that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify that this product is not a formal guided tour, but a private driver-guide service (one person). It includes private transportation from your hotel to the sightseeing areas of Kamakura, Enoshima, and Yokohama, with use of the vehicle throughout the scheduled service period. Formal guide service is clearly listed in the exclusions of this product. The service is designed to provide comfortable private transport with basic assistance, rather than full professional guiding at each stop. That said, we do take your comments about communication seriously and will review them internally.
This tour provides a driver for all the different locations. However, they provide zero information about the history, etc.

The team is friendly, with prep team fluent in English. WhatsApp communication pre trip makes it very easy to coordinate itinerary. We needed to stop at an exhibition and the team helped find the best time and route to accommodate the request.

Kei was punctual in picking us up from our hotel and from all the places we visited throughout the day. We enjoyed exploring each site on our own. We managed to visit most of the places we were most interested in within our allotted time. Our time in Yokohama Chinatown was quite interesting and the food was plentiful. All in all, a very nice experience.
