Vlieg langs de noordkust en volg de Mary River naar het Kakadu National Park en de bovenste Alligatorrivier, waar uitgestrekte wetlands zich nestelen in een ruig noordelijk landschap. Als u in Kakadu aankomt, stapt u aan boord van de beroemde Yellow Waters-bootcruise voor een onvergetelijke ervaring. Tijdens het natte seizoen vliegen we ook over de prachtige Jim-Jim en Twin Falls.

Maak een rondvlucht langs de Adelaide en Mary Rivers en over uitgestrekte wetlands naar Kakadu. Bekijk het ruige noordelijke landschap, in miljoenen jaren uitgehouwen door het beruchte natte seizoen. Vlieg tijdens het natte seizoen ook over de prachtige Jim-Jim en Twin Falls. Bekijk de wilde dieren van de wetlands voordat je landt bij de beroemde gele wateren van Cooinda.
Nadat je een aantal van de beste uitzichten ter wereld hebt gezien, land je in het Nationaal Park. In Cooinda ga je aan boord van een speciale 1,5 uur durende Yellow Water Boat Cruise. Dit geeft je de mogelijkheid om de fijnere details van Kakadu en wat het te bieden heeft echt van dichtbij en persoonlijk te leren kennen. De absoluut verbluffende watersystemen, de overvloedige flora en fauna en de spirituele betekenis voor de Aboriginals zullen je met ontzag achterlaten. Na de cruise gaat de tour terug naar Cooinda Resort, waar u wat tijd kunt nemen om te ontspannen en na te denken over het magische landschap en de ervaring. Vanaf hier ga je nog een keer de lucht in voor een laatste pascha van Kakadu en zijn verbluffende functies, voordat je terugkeert naar Darwin met herinneringen die een leven lang meegaan.

The pilot was lovely, but unfortunately the plane had issues with communication and we had to return to the airport just after take off. There was a lot of waiting around after we landed as we had limited time to get to Kakadu. After a while the pilot organised another flight direct to Cooinda where the water cruise would be waiting for us. We enjoyed a slower flight on the way back and as stated the pilot had excellent knowledge of the area. Note: the photo on their advertising is not something you will see.

Jake our pilot was very knowledgeable and explained a lot of the sites on the ground whilst we were flying. Very small single engine plane but much quicker than driving. After landing at Cooinda we cruised the river and came back to the resort got lunch and a cool drink. Then it was a return flight back to Darwin. A great day out

We had a great tour with Jake! The flight was very smooth and Jake shared lots of interesting things about the landscape along the way. When we landed at Cooinda, we did a very enjoyable Yellow Water river cruise where we saw lots of crocodiles and a large variety of birds. After that, we had a pleasant lunch at the local restaurant and then a smooth flight back to Darwin. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and we'd highly recommend it!

Brilliant knowledge of the NT. Great flight with the family/friends. Kakadu NP was stunning and the lodge lunch was terrific. Wetlands cruise was so beautiful. Wonderful day all round.

Had a wonderful day out flying to Kakadu with our pilot Jordan. We flew over Kakadu and landed at Cooinda Resort where we then did the Yellow Water cruise and saw many crocodiles and birds. Seeing this land from the air was just wonderful. Highly recommended.

The Yellow Water boat tour was the standout Pilot Jacob did a great job pointing out points of interest He was very helpful catering for my limited leg movement I was disappointed that we did not get to see the escarpment. Even though the falls were apparently not flowing it would have been good to fly over them.
