Doe het in je eentje! Voor degenen met kajakervaring en die willen gaan verkennen met vrienden en familie zonder een gids, kan een kajak huren wat je zoekt. Peddel door het rustige water van de Broad Creek Estuary in de hoop op ontmoetingen met de speelse tuimelaars van Hilton Head. Onze medewerkers brengen voor uw vertrek tijd met u door om het gebied met u door te nemen, u te wijzen op de beste plekken voor het vinden van dolfijnen en andere wilde dieren, en alle vragen die u heeft voor uw vertrek te beantwoorden. Samen met de dolfijnen is er ook de mogelijkheid om zeekoeien, otter en een verscheidenheid aan prachtige vogelsoorten te zien. Als je geen ervaring hebt om het zelf te doen, is het misschien het beste om deel te nemen aan een van Kayak Hilton Head Inc's rondleidingen, omdat kajakverhuur is voor degenen die wel kajakervaring hebben. Rondleidingen of kajakverhuur zijn beide een geweldige manier om te genieten van een ontspannende ervaring met een grote kans op het zien van dolfijnen en andere leuke wilde dieren!

Wonderful experience! My husband and I rented kayaks (very reasonable price compared to many places we have rented on various trips). We were instructions for safety and best places to watch for wildlife. We saw dolphins 3 different times!! Great views from the water, kayaks were dry and oars were in great shape! Life jacket had a pocket for your phone! Great experience, highly recommend!

Most of our guests do our guided tours but for anyone reading this we want you to know that if you have some kayaking experience and want to go out on your own we do offer rentals as well. We will happily go over the area with you, tell you about the tides and check weather forecasts as well as tell you where we expect you should be able to find some dolphins! This is our go to place to rent kayaks when we visit HHI. We’ve visited HHI routinely for 15+ years and have used other outfitters but once we’ve found Kayak Hilton Head, we’ve never gone elsewhere. It is extremely convenient now that they allow you to book rentals online instead of having to call a rental reservation in. The team is always helpful with giving tips for dealing with the conditions, spotting dolphins, seeing other wildlife and staying out of trouble. Their guided tours are always staffed with knowledgeable guides but we always go on our own now since we know “the lay of the land”. Their prices have always been extremely competitive with the other outfitters and their location is a great place for getting out and seeing the wildlife. I don’t think there has been a kayak excursion where we haven’t seen at least one dolphin when we’ve rented from Kayak Hilton Head.

If you love seeing wildlife, this is a great paddle! We saw lots of dolphins, oysters, fish, and a large variety of birds.
