The tour was great but I would recommend purchasing the ticket from the ticket office at the museum instead of through Viator . Charging $67 (no transportation or anything included for the additional cost) is highway robbery when you can pay $25 at the ticket office. Viator is unwilling to pay the difference for overcharging for this ticket.

I was over charged for this ticket. When I get to the museum the ticket was only $25.00. How can I get my difference back? I have a picture of the prices

It was very eye-opening. I learned so much that I never knew about Bob Marley and the impacts that he’s made and I was just amazed overall.
Not very much to see really other than the art work round the property walls. Each room is stripped of any furniture except bobs bed. Each room now just has pictures on the walls. I visited from Montego Bay as I visited bobs birthplace in 9 mile last year so much more to see. Also what people need to know is you can’t take pictures inside the house in Kingston but in 9 mile Kingston you can take pictures of everything except the 2 burial rooms

Bob Marley museum did not accept this third party ticket. When I arrived at the gate, I was refused entry and I had to buy 2 more tickets.
Hello Kim, Thank you for taking the time to write your review, however, we would like to clarify some things regarding your ticket reservation that you have failed to mention. For a summary, we received your Bob Marley Museum Tickets Only reservation on Wednesday, May 21, 2025 at 5:20 PM for 2 adults and the tickets were then reserved by our company accordingly. The booked date was Thursday, May 22, 2025 for the 10:00 AM tour and the ticket number from the museum was 285439668. At 6:32 PM on May 21, 2025, an email was sent confirming your tickets have been reserved for the 10:00 AM tour under your name which can be collected at the admissions booth at the museum. The email further advises that you should arrive at the museum at least 15 minutes prior to your 10:00 AM tour as the tour starts on time. At 12:46 PM on Thursday, May 22, 2025, we received a refund request for your booking with the stated reason for the request being “The guide or driver didn't show up”. We were a bit puzzled by the request as your booking is a ticket only reservation with clear meeting point instructions provided. Your refund request was denied as the basis for the request was not a valid one under the circumstances. At 5:05 PM on Thursday, May 22, 2025, you email us saying “They did not honor these tickets”. We responded to your email at 6:08 PM asking you to let us know what exactly happened at the museum when you arrived. Specifically, we requested your time of arrival, where you went and who you spoke to, providing as many details as possible communicating that, based on your account, we will verify with the museum and address accordingly. You did not reply to this email at all. We did however, inquire with the museum and the admissions team advised that your tickets remained unclaimed. The only response you provided was this review.
This was a very good tour we love it everything was explained properly. walking around out side the ground and taking pictures was very good .
