We beginnen uw Cape Sounion-tour door langs de schilderachtige kustweg te rijden die een prachtig uitzicht op de Saronische Golf biedt. We passeren de Atheense Rivièra en maken een stop bij het prachtige natuurlijke landschap van het Vouliagmeni-meer, beroemd om zijn mineraalwater en geneeskrachtige eigenschappen. Vervolgens komen we aan bij Kaap Sounion (ongeveer 65 km van Athene), een klif met de tempel van Poseidon, een van de belangrijkste monumenten van de Gouden Eeuw van Athene, die is gewijd aan de mythologische God van de Zee Poseidon, hoe was de beschermer van zeevarenden, en van vele Helleense steden en kolonies. Na je bezoek aan de tempel heb je tijd om je foto's te maken en te stoppen voor koffie of een drankje bij de site.

Excellent experience; the van was very comfortable for the trip, and the driver made stops for taking photos. Iotha was very kind, friendly, and always attentive to everything; in fact, she helped with the responses since I do not speak English very well and answered a bit in Spanish. 100% recommended.

One of the most fantastic sunsets we have ever seen. We recommend it for couples and for families as well. Vouliagmeni Lake is another fine spot that you will enjoy.

Our driver was well informed about the location. He drove us all the Attica riviera and we saw the best sunset of the world. The Poseidon temple is an amazing place with incredible vibes. It worths every second.
