Jurassic Park Adventure - HIKE - 10 watervallen + zwembaden en nog veel meer

This was a last minute excursion we took the kiddos on and it was fantastic! The hike is a bit adventurous but the kids did great. We learned about the local fauna on the way up and were on the lookout for wildlife. We had fresh coconuts and coconut juice waiting for us at the end along with watermelon and star fruit. Coco our guide was great and everyone was so friendly. We love it and highly recommend it. Our hike was about 3.5 miles, 900 feet of elevation change.

We loved our tour. The best adventure of our trip! The people are so kind and knowledgable; this is small family business and they make everything personal. Coco was an incredible guide, pointing out so many details (see that tiny spider? Did you notice this leaf? Look up at that bird...) that we would miss on our own and we got to learn so much about the incredible wildlife and take in the beauty away from any crowds. The waterfalls are gorgeous and we didn't have to worry about carrying gear. Our teenage daughter said it was her favorite vacation experience ever, and our son loved getting to climb, jump, etc. You feel safe but also very remote and it really does feel like an adventure--climbing on ropes, up steep rocks, etc. You will be in great hands and get to meet lovely people who really care about the land and conservation. Don't miss it!

Jurassic Falls was hands down one of the highlights of our Costa Rica vacation! If you’re looking for real adventure, this is an experience you can’t miss. From hiking through the jungle to natural waterfall slides and cliff jumping, every part of the tour was exciting. As a 46-year-old, it definitely got my heart pumping—in the best way possible! Our guide, Coco, was absolutely incredible. He made everyone feel safe and confident while keeping the day fun and full of energy. He shared interesting facts about the area, pointed out wildlife along the trail, and even gave us trusted local recommendations, including a fantastic place to eat after the tour. If you’re visiting the Jacó area and want an authentic Costa Rican adventure, I highly recommend Jurassic Falls. Ask for Coco if you can—he’ll make an already amazing experience even better. This was a five-star adventure from start to finish!

This was my favorite activity in Costa Rica! Definitely do this! I was solo traveling and there were two other women from Spain on the tour. Guide was awesome and showed us really cool stuff. The waterfalls were so fun. They are slightly technical and involve some climbing, but there are ropes to assist every step of the way. I didn’t think it was hard, but if you are afraid of heights you might not like it. I would recommend sturdy water shoes for this. You need something sturdy for the hiking/climbing (no flip flops) and something good for the parts when you have to walk through water. Overall I would highly recommend this tour - I had a great time and am still talking about it a month later!

This was my second time hiking the Las Monas waterfall adventure with Go Wild Adventures in Jacó, and it was just as incredible as the first time. That alone says a lot about the quality of both the experience and Go Wild Adventures. Ray, the manager, does an outstanding job making everyone feel welcome and ensuring the tour is safe, organized, and fun from start to finish. His wife, Cindy, prepared delicious snacks after the hike, which were such a thoughtful touch with fresh coconut milk served in the shell, star fruit picked from the tree in the yard, watermelon, papaya, coffee, tea, and water. Our guide, Coco, was absolutely fantastic, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and full of positive energy. He made the adventure both exciting and comfortable for everyone while guiding us through waterfalls, river crossings, and beautiful jungle trails. He also shared his knowledge of the local vegetation and wildlife, which made the experience even more interesting. Las Monas is truly a beautiful and authentic Costa Rican adventure. The waterfalls and rainforest scenery are breathtaking, and the entire team at Go Wild Adventures makes the experience unforgettable. Go Wild also offers a variety of other adventures beyond the waterfall hikes. Highly recommend this tour and Go Wild Adventures to anyone visiting Jacó. I’ll definitely be back again!

We loved it. Hiking to 10 different waterfalls is not for the weak. At times, you’re climbing on the side of a mountain pulling yourself up with a rope as you go up further to get to the next waterfall. Great experience and we will definitely do it again. Our tour guide was great and very knowledgeable.

This excursion is a MUST DO!! Our party of 8 had an absolute blast during this 3 hour hike. We were welcomed by Ray the owner who could not have been any nicer or more informative. You are given dry bags for phones,etc. You will not need towels or anything else to hike. Ray and his wife have a dog rescue and the dogs had a great time with us, guiding us up to the waterfalls! Our 2 guides, Coco and ? (can't remember his name-sorry) were AWESOME! Along the way they explained many plants, animals(found us a tree frog), and were very helpful throughout the hike since some portions require climbing rocks with ropes. The guys were very attentive to all of our needs! During this particular hike you will be swimming in the waterfall pools so you will be fully wet with sneakers on. It is AMAZING!! When we returned back to Go Wild we were greeted with native fruits and coconut drinks! Delicious!! Clean bathrooms were available. We have NOTHING BAD to say about the entire experience!!! We would definitely recommend Go Wild Adventure to anyone looking to have a memorable time in CR!! Look up their website (gowildadventurecr.com) and BOOK IT!!! It was absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Wish we had time to book more excursions with them! We will be back ;) Also, after the excursion we went next door to Roberto's and ate lunch. Don't miss out on that either! It was an incredible experience. I would have easily paid ten times for this experience. I didn't know there were places in this world that were so beautiful. We climbed next to waterfalls, saw toucans and snakes and were allowed more than enough time to swim in the waterfall. The arrival and departure was totally uncomplicated and Reinier was one of the most relaxed and coolest people ever. He gave and so many good tips for the rest of our trip, from which he does not benefit. All in all, it was perhaps the craziest and coolest thing we ever did. Thank you very much.

Fantastic experience! Must do while you are in Jaco. Reinier is an amazing host who made the entire experience feel at home, comfortable and well organised! The waterfalls are awesome!!

Very warm and hospitable reception by Renee and his wife. Our guide ,”Coco” was extremely knowledgeable and courteous. We stopped at several of the waterfalls to swim . Coco let us determine the pace. Water and fresh pineapple for snacks were provided. A overall great morning . Be prepared for a few short steep climbs .
