Hier begint het avontuur, dit is ons ontmoetingspunt en hier ontvang je alle informatie over de activiteiten, onze gecertificeerde gidsen zullen je een volledige uitleg geven over het gebruik van de apparatuur en je helpen de snelheid te leren hanteren boot, er is geen eerdere ervaring nodig om van deze activiteit te genieten, ze zullen je ook alle veiligheidsuitrusting geven die nodig is voor de tour.
Zodra we alle benodigde apparatuur en informatie hebben, beginnen we aan de tour door de prachtige Nichupte-lagune, hier kunnen we de mangroven bezoeken en de boot rond de hotelzone rijden, het is een unieke ervaring en je zult plezier beleven als nooit tevoren lagune, dan steken we het eiland Cancun over in de boot naar de Caribische zee om het Maya-rif te bereiken, hier hebben we ongeveer 45 minuten om te snorkelen in het turquoise water van de Caribische Zee. Een complete ervaring die u niet snel zult vergeten

Amazing time on this excursion!! Jimmy was our guide and we felt so lucky to have him. Once we got off the boats and into the snorkeling area he got off and lead us to some of the best areas to look. We noticed a lot of the other guides just stayed in the boats so it was really nice that he got off to show us around. Also was a huge help getting back into the boat! Thank you Jimmy! Tip: lots and lots of sunscreen!!! (Reef friendly ofcourse!)

The crew was nice however the company made us pay 10.00 per person to reschedule when the weather was terrible and wouldn't remotely let us cancel. The picture depicted is NOT what you see at all. It's literally a canal with other boats and is pretty wide. It's like being on a river. This was NOT worth the 150.00 they made us pay.
Thank you for your comment, we remind you that the cancellation policy establishes that any cancellation must be made 24 hours before the tour date, however you wanted to cancel at the same time your activity was scheduled, this is impossible, since that the exact number of boats is reserved for the reservations we have each day, maintenance is carried out and all the necessary equipment is prepared so that everything is ready so that you can enjoy the activity, even so we offered to reschedule for the same day at a different time with no extra cost, and we explained that if you rescheduled for another day there was a minimum charge of 10 usd per person to reschedule.
