Juneau Wildlife Whale Watching & Mendenhall Glacier

Deze wildlife-excursie neemt je mee op een reis om twee van de belangrijkste hoogtepunten in Zuidoost-Alaska te zien. Je wordt naar de Mendenhall-gletsjer geleid voor een zelfonderzoek van 45 minuten, gevolgd door onze tour om dieren in het wild te bekijken. Als je eenmaal de kans hebt gehad om het gletsjerpark zelf te verkennen, nemen we je mee naar de walvisobservatiehaven waar je aan boord van een van onze ultramoderne schepen komt om te zoeken naar majestueuze bultruggen en andere wilde dieren in het wild we kunnen het onderweg tegenkomen. Onze deskundige kapiteins en naturalisten zijn zo bekend met deze verbazingwekkende wezens dat we daadwerkelijk kunnen garanderen dat u walvissen in hun natuurlijke habitat vanaf een veilige afstand zult zien. Onze boten zijn uitgerust met toiletten en verwarmde hutten om deze reis extra comfortabel te maken. Onze vloot van snelle jetboten hebben allemaal voldoende buitendekruimte, zodat u kunt kiezen om de dieren in de open lucht of vanuit de cabine te bekijken. Dit is een Alaska-avontuur dat je niet wilt missen!

We had a memorable amazing experience whale watching. Beginning with the bus ride with the lovely and knowledgeable bus driver and her witty personality and informative comments to the boat staff and captain. We had a wonderful experience. The captain and the crew of naturalists made us feel excited about all the whales we were going to see. We saw so many whales!! It truly was a great tour experience. There are a lot of groups to choose from, but I’m so happy we chose Alaska Tales. I would highly recommend them.
The girls made the whole trip a wonderful experience. Captain Michelle made sure all passengers were able to have excellent views of the whales while Claire and Monica were very informative and hospitable. Lexi was very entertaining during the drives to and from the entire tour. 10/10
Krichelle, Nate and Rachel helped us have the most amazing whale watching experience! They were knowledgeable and answered any questions one could have and Captain Krichelle guided us to the best whale watching spot. Best way to spend the day in Juneau!
Pick location was super simple. Krystal was an awesome bus driver. Really helped hype everyone up. Larry, Morgan, and Taylor were terrific. We got to see a group of 4 whales and ataylor knew each of them which made it feel very special.
Christy the driver was amazing! Larry was a great captain as Taylor really made the whale tour complete with all his knowledge. While it was a short trip it was fun. The glacier was the best part.
The tour was so awesome! The crew was great in giving us all the facts about the area and the whales. From our bus driver Crystal to Taylor, Larry & Morgan on the boat everything was wonderful!!

Went on the Whale watching tour with Michelle, Claire & Monica. Very interesting and informative talk on the way. We got good views of some whales and information about them. Would recommend!
I appreciated the clear instructions on where to meet and info about the excursion (plus the online discount!). Lexi the driver was funny and informative. Captain Michele was a great driver and kept use safe. Monica and Clair were great in providing info and pointing out the whales. The weather turned out to be great and happy to see several whales although not as close as I’d like. I liked the smaller boat with easier chance to look out the window. Than
We had a great time with Michelle, Claire, and Monica! We got to see several whales and Claire and Monica gave great info and answered all our questions. I’d highly recommend! I’d recommend they add another set of speakers closer to the seats in the back, since it can be hard to hear the naturalists during the ride over the sound of the engines. The hike to see the waterfall before whale watching was also super cool and is definitely worth doing.
