Wij zijn een Argentijnse familie uit Buenos Aires en nodigen jullie van harte uit voor een Argentijnse barbecue, net zoals we dat voor onze vrienden doen. Samen genieten we van de beste familiebarbecue in de wijk Palermo in Buenos Aires. WIJ GEBRUIKEN UITSLUITEND VLEES VAN GRASGEVOERDE RUNDEREN - 100% GRASGEVOERD. Het arrangement omvat de combinatie met vier soorten premiumwijnen van kleine producenten. We gaan een onvergetelijk moment delen: de beste stukken premium grasgevoerd vlees, 100% grasgevoerd, gegrild door Marcelo. Hij is veel meer dan een grillmeester, hij is de vaderfiguur van ons gezin en legt zijn hart en ziel in elk gerecht dat hij bereidt. Betty is de moeder en ziel van onze familie en zij zal u meenemen in de geschiedenis van de Argentijnse Grill, de tradities en verhalen die erbij horen. Bovendien zit u op de eerste rij met direct zicht op de grill, waar u het hele proces van rauw tot gaar kunt volgen. We can’t think of a better first meal in Argentina than with Betty, Marcelo, and Veronica. They introduced us to the ways of asado that set the bar for the rest of the trip. Their utmost warm hospitality is a testament of how wonderful Buenos Aires can be. The only downside is that if you have your first meal here, other dining experiences in the city may not be as good.
A simply incredible experience! The family is adorable and wins you over immediately with their friendliness. Also, all the steps where the various cooking stages are explained are done very well. The location is delightful and makes you feel right at home immediately. And then the quality of the food: impossible to explain! It is a superfine quality. Everything is delicious. You never want to leave. Basically, it is an experience that must absolutely be done if you come to Buenos Aires….. Thanks again to Betty, Marcelo, and Veronica.

Betty, Marcello, and their daughter are excellent hosts and we learned so much about Argentinian food and culture with their family. We also enjoyed meeting and spending time with the other guests. The generosity of our hosts makes this a fantastic experience, and definitely a filling one.
