Jhalana Panther Safari Park Tour in Jaipur

Beschrijving

The leopard safari was very well organised and the guide went out of the way to ensure we got some good Leopard sighting. They also organised pickup and drop from hotel at good rates.
Great experience with great team
Professional people, great communication and coordination. Overall a very helpful bunch of people. Keep up the good work
Very polite and professional people. The guide Bhupendra and driver were not only well informed but wildlife enthusiasts which made this experience even more wonderful. Sighting the leopard was of course thrilling!
Skip this Park, when you are going to Ranthambore. There is not much to see compared to Ranthambore. There was no guide, just a driver in the park. And the pick-up price is hilarious.
We couldn’t believe the poor quality of the experience. We did not see a leopard but that would not have mattered if we had a proactive guide and good transport. Our guide (Lokesh) barely spoke or pointed things out. If we asked a question he would answer briefly. We spotted animals and birds but he did not point them out to us. The vehicle should not have been on the road. Old, constantly making a loud whinny noise, torn seats. And Lokesh had the gall to say it was a new vehicle when we commented! The driver was on his phone and nearly ran into an oncoming vehicle. Please don’t waste your time or money. Go to Ranthambore to get a professional experience.
Safari trips require luck and leopards require a lot of luck. But good management can help and we were lucky with the quality of our guide (Lokesh Yadash) and driver ( Aakash). We heard roars between a male and female leopard and were v unlucky to miss the male leopard as he crossed as we were looking for the female. We were patient and continued to hear roaring but were unable to find the male leopard. We then continued the Safari and were lucky to run into Rana on his way for a drink of water. We then spent an hour with the leopard as it drank water, wandered around and climbed an observation tower. It was an amazing encounter and one which we will never forget. It was an early morning start but the effort was well rewarded and you finish by 9am and can still do a full day of activities.
Thanks for the review Sir / Ma'am We look forward to seeing you in Jhalana again. Warm Regards Team World of Wilders
Booking through World of Wilders was a game changer! We saw 3 tigers and 2 leopards in just one weekend at Jhalana leopard Safari and Ranthambore Tiger reserve something I had only dreamed of before Their deep understanding of park zones (when to go where) and ideal timings made all the difference This isn’t just a trip it’s a curated wildlife experience Highly recommended for serious wildlife lovers! The team at World of Wilders is incredibly responsive replies came within minutes even late at night Every question was answered with patience and clarity from the very first inquiry to final confirmations the communication was clear honest and super efficient Planning our safari felt effortless from booking the vehicle to boarding and the leopard sightings everything was just perfect. Our safari vehicle was not only clean and comfortable but also handled the terrain perfectly The driver was skilled patient and knew exactly where to go We felt safe relaxed and could fully enjoy the jungle experience without a worry true professionals behind the wheel which made the safari more of a wilderness experience the best part was hearing the Jungle and its sounds when a predator is around. Our naturalist Bhupendra Pareta from World of Wilders was an absolute gem spotting birds from 50 meters away and interpreting every call and pugmark with unmatched expertise his passion and knowledge brought the forest alive for us we returned not only with memories but with a much deeper love for wildlife and a commitment to visit back.

The tour started of with us being picked from our hotel in an open air jeep which was okay untill it started raining. The safari was okay. We did not see any leopards but that is not too surprising due to it being the monsoons. We did see some birds and antelopes. My main issues were with the guide not knowing enough English for more than 1-2 words the name of the birds and a line about it. I would have given this 4 stars regardless but what dropped it further was not having a vehicle with a covered roof for the trip to the safari area and back. It makes no sense during the moonsoon months. Even with umbrellas (that we brought from home) we were completely soaked (as well as money in our wallets) due to the rains. Unfortunately there does not appear to be another way to see the area. I would recommend getting a hotel car to pick abs drop you off.
Thanks for the review Sir / Ma'am. We really value your concern and apologize for the inconvenience caused. Sightings are a bit less for 3 months of monsoons from July to September as compared to other months as the grass is grown up but the jungle is lush green at this time and has its own charm of seeing the leopards in a green background. There are no roof covered vehicles in Jhalana and only possible thing to do if it rains is to use umbrellas and a rain sheet over the car to protect from water and keep dry. The Vehicles are open air and not weather proof. During Summers, winters and the monsoons the vehicles are the same. We provide pick up and drop in safari vehicles only generallly. If you would have requested we would have done a covered ac cab for drop at Hotel for you at no extra cost. When it rains we generally send a Ola or Uber for pick up. If it rains in middle out of blue we really cant hellp at that moment. Apologies for inconvenience caused We look forward to seeing you in Jhalana again. Warm Regards Team World of Wilders
Shobhit was a good guide. Easy to connect with the company on morning of the tour. Have four kids and they loved it. Seeing the leopard was awesome.
