Well worth the price! The two guys who escorted us out to the jet skis were great and made everything a breeze. Highly recommend this to anyone.

TERRIBLE! ABSOLUTELY AVOID, we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes for someone to come pick us up, we were expecting a jet ski ride and to visit the key spots in Miami as stated in the description instead of that we found ourselves in the middle of the sea with all the tourists who were jet skiing, no safety, jet skis more than dilapidated, nonchalant staff bordering on insolence: worst activity experience in the USA; requires a refund!

This was our first time riding jet skis, and it was so much fun! The water was very warm, and we had an amazing time. The service was great, and our guide was very friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend booking with this service!

Jermaine was an excellent guide! He was very friendly and gave us the exact location to meet him to get on the boat. He also gave everyone proper instructions for operating and riding the Jet Ski before we got on it. In addition, he assured us that he would be nearby and watching us in case we had any problems to make sure that we were safe!! We had a fun and fabulous adventure and would highly recommend it to everyone!!!

The captain was late picking us up but made up for it in discount, free photos and jet ski car for a while. I was exited and loved the way I was treated by captain. I think his name was Jermain... thank you for the first time fun!!!. I don't swim but I love the water.

It was en awesome experience riding the lambo they offered. We rented a jet ski but decided to upgrade to the luxury lambo. It was totally worth it. Jermaine was an awesome instructor explained to us everything perfectly. If I ever come back to Miami will definitely book them them again. 10/10 experience

Very disappointing experience overall. We arrived for our scheduled trip and ended up waiting approximately an hour past the scheduled departure time. In addition, the pricing displayed on the website was not clearly explained. The advertised rates appear to be quoted per person, which was not obvious from the website and resulted in a much higher total cost than expected. We ultimately paid over $500 for a two-hour excursion that was supposed to include Raccoon Island. The trip was overbooked, which wasn't a problem by itself. We were told another couple would be riding for one hour while we had booked and paid for a two-hour trip that included Raccoon Island. However, when it came time to head there, we were informed that we would not be going because it would require the other couple to wait longer. As a result, we spent the majority of our excursion riding in the same general area rather than visiting the destination we specifically paid to see. Missing Raccoon Island was especially disappointing because this trip held personal significance for us. Today is my late brother's birthday, and this outing was intended in part to honor his memory. We didn't share that with the staff because it shouldn't have been necessary—the issue is simply that the experience we paid for was not the experience we received. To their credit, the owner did provide a $100 refund after we raised our concerns. However, the overall lack of communication, professionalism, and customer care left us disappointed. A sincere apology and more effort to make the situation right would have gone a long way. I also want to note that their affiliate, Jet Ski Rentals of South Florida, provided a much more professional and customer-focused experience. Based on our experience, I would recommend spending your money there instead.

Easy and fun experience! Instructor made us feel comfortable before we had a blast! We will definitely book with them next time again!
