There is so much history, religion, and culture in Jerusalem! One day was not enough. The experience was powerful, intense, and palpable. Our guide, Raed Rofa was knowledgeable, a walking encyclopedia. He answered all of my group’s questions. I cannot stress how safe Jerusalem is. If you’ve been thinking about traveling there, but have doubts, I’m here to reassure you, it is completely safe. An experience of a lifetime that you shouldn’t miss!

Coming in across the Allenby border from Jordan, Mr Raed and Mr Ahmad met my son and I and from the very beginning showed us the knowledge, hospitality and adventurous spirit we were searching for. We covered everything possible in our two short days in Jerusalem and Bethlehem with these outstanding gentlemen in relation to the Holy Land and its wonderful secrets and history. I would absolutely recommend anyone contact these fine people and allow them to give you the opportunity and experience of a lifetime. Thank you both. We will never forget and are forever grateful.

Raed was an excellent guide. This was my 2nd trip to Jerusalem and I learned so much more from Raed. Initially, I was concerned about traveling to Jerusalem right now but felt completely safe crossing over the King Hussein/Allenby Bridge from Jordan. My husband and I received a warm welcome and had a wonderful day in Jerusalem visiting so many sights and learning so much. The experience was touching and exceptional.

I visited last week with a group of friends and thanks to the superb organisation of the trip by Laila and Maria everything ran like clockwork from the pick up and drop off at Ben Gurion to the day excursions. What especially impressed was the deep knowledge of our guide Raeed - not just of the history of the places we visited but their spiritual importance too. He also knew some great spots for lunch and coffee which were so important to sustain us! It was great to meet Laila and Maria themselves in Bethlehem and experience their own powerful connection to the places we were visiting. Last but not least I should also mention that our drivers were expert and remained unflappable. I've travelled extensively for both work and pleasure and would rank my experience here as by far the best and one I shall always remember.

We had a great experience on this tour from Amman to Jerusalem. Everything was very organized and smooth sailing. The border wait times were minimal - we were guided along the way. When we crossed the border, our driver Saleh and guide Raed picked us up. Raed pointed out all the important sites on the way to Jerusalem. He is very informative and knowledgeable about the Old City, its surroundings, and the religions within. We learned a lot from him! Our time in Jerusalem was very short and left us wanting more, but it was very fulfilling and surreal! We felt very safe. A plus was that there was no wait time for any of the sites, Highly recommend!

My tour with Hazem was amazing. He is very knowledgeable and funny guide. Our driver Amid was a nice and gentleman and always on time and his bus is always clean. Make sure to have Hazem and Amid when booking a tour.

Bridge Travel in Jordan used Laila Tours to guide us through Old Jerusalem and Bethlehem in Israel for 2 days. Our guide was Hazem and our driver Wael. Both were great! Hazem spoke perfect English and knew his history well. We saw everything we wanted and did not feel rushed. We felt we were in safe hands and would highly recommend Laila Tours.
