Vanuit het hotel in Beiroet word je 's ochtends om 08:30 uur met een glimlach opgehaald voor een privérit naar je eerste must-see stop.
Je hebt bijna 1,15 uur om de beroemde JEITA GROTTOS te verkennen, een systeem van twee afzonderlijke, maar onderling verbonden, karstische kalksteengrotten met een totale lengte van bijna 10 kilometer.
Daarna ga je verder naar je volgende belangrijke bezoek, het belangrijke verbazingwekkende standbeeld van de Maagd Maria in HARISSA met de auto door de berg, je zult het panoramische uitzicht op de baai van JOUNIEH en een heleboel prachtige landschappen verkennen,
Daarna zult u genieten van het rijden met de belangrijkste kabelbaan of met de auto van Harissa naar Jounieh, waar de ervaren chauffeur u opwacht om door te gaan naar uw volgende belangrijke bezoek aan Byblos en als de kabelbaan gesloten is, gaat u verder met de auto.
Beginnend met je rondleiding door de belangrijke locatie op het UNESCO-werelderfgoed van de prachtige Fenicische stad BYBLOS, een van de oudste continu bewoonde steden ter wereld, zul je genieten van het wandelen aan de jachthavenzijde die naar het kasteel en de souk leidt.
Je hebt de mogelijkheid om het kruisvaarderskasteel in Byblos binnen te gaan, dat bekend stond als het kasteel van Gibelet, het grenst aan de Fenicische archeologische vindplaats met de ruïnes van de Tempel van Baalat Gebal en de Tempel van de Obelisken.
Na het kasteel gaat u naar de oude souk van Byblos, een oude markt waar u in veel lokale winkels antiek, souvenirs, lokale ambachten en diverse andere koopwaar kunt kopen.
Daarna ga je naar een traditioneel restaurant om je mediterrane Libanese gerechten te nuttigen. Na je lunch gaat je ervaren chauffeur naar Beiroet waar hij je op je locatie zal afzetten.

Harake showed us all of Beirut, Byblos, Batroun and Tripoli and he was incredible. His knowledge of the region and her history is vast and he is an amazing and gracious guide. We saw all of the highlights and he took us to a few lesser known areas that we otherwise might not have had the chance to see. It was a full and rich experience thanks to him, and I cannot recommend booking with him highly enough. I will be sending my family and friends visiting the region to do the same!

We had an enjoyable time visiting Jeita, Harissa and Byblos with Mr Ali as our guide. Jeita grotto is not to be missed. It was a shame I couldn’t take any pictures but the grotto was amazing. Byblos was also beautiful with so much history about Lebanon’s Phoenician past.

Our tour guide(Harake.. hope I am spelling it rt. Sorry if otherwise.) was really friendly. He gave some very interesting insights on Lebanon and it’s history. We loved this tour! Our guide Harake started by explaining things about the history and state of current affairs in Lebanon. It helped us understand a lot of things we had seen up until that point and things that we would see over the next few days. They were very good about communication leading up to the tour, and showed up punctually the morning of. Our favorite part was Jeitta Grotto. The limestone and boat ride were awesome. Harissa was nice, but the cable car was a little bit of a letdown. This is because the cars are fully glassed and it's not in the best conditions for taking photos. For this reason, I would recommend spending a little time at the restaurant at the top and get some nice photos from that vantage point before jumping in the cable car to go down. Byblos is also very nice and we were able to choose our own restaurant to have lunch at there. All in all, a perfect experience that I would gladly repeat and confidently recommend to others!
