Guide was friendly and funny, but it's just driving up and down the water lanes in the swamp hoping to see something.
We really enjoyed the tour! The boat itself was a good size, not too crowded and equipped with snacks we could purchase during the tour. The gators were a site to see and the guide was entertaining which made the tour a lot of fun.
The visit was very interesting, the landscape is very beautiful, and the boat ride is pleasant. Alligators and other animals can be observed.
This was a lot of fun. The guide, Jason was great! He was very informative and friendly. He knew exactly where to take us to see the wildlife.

Capt Jamie made it fun. He was knowledgeable and identified every creature we spotted. Very serene and beautiful. Totally different from downtown New Orleans.
I ended up having to deal with support, rescheduling several times because of weather first but then I was unable to work it in - over scheduling for one day because we had a tour that was going to overlap some. The support rescheduled, no issues. The last attempt was for 10am on Saturday and I wanted to try to do it but the more I considered it, the more I knew I would not make it back in time to return my car rental.
The tour guide was funny, informative and educational. The boat was safe and fun, and the wildlife plentiful, photogenic and interactive! Would definitely book again!
Our tour guide was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and also very funny. It was amazing to me that he could whistle & call the gators and several of them actually responded by approaching the boat!! We saw some beautiful birds and several turtles along with many gators
This was my introduction to the beauty and ecology of the bayou, and it was perfect. Our guide Brent conveyed a lot of excellent information—I had wished I’d brought along a notepad to take notes!! I learned a lot, and got to witness so much beautiful and diverse flora and fauna. For example, we saw a number of egrets and herons, including the Little Blue Heron. And of course, encountered many alligators, which are lovely formidable creatures. Our guide played Cajun music on our ride back to the dock and it was perfectly atmospheric. I fell in love with the Bayou! 💚
