Ons Belgrado – het is kijken naar de zonsondergang boven de Donau vanaf de muren van een oud fort; het zijn prachtige en ondoorgrondelijke verhalen; het zijn wilde zwanen, straatkunstgalerijen en het geluid van jazz uit een oud, haveloos en smerig herenhuis; het zijn de gezellige boekencafés en de gekke interieurs van lokale bars. Het is een kop sterke koffie drinken op een ponton dat schommelt over de Donaugolven. Het is een wals op de promenade onder een met sterren bezaaide Balkanhemel, dansend op de aria "O mio babbino caro". Het is gevuld met geweldige en vriendelijke lokale bevolking, evenals een levendige, verrassende en uitgebreide geschiedenis. En vooral! Weet je nog hoe lang geleden, toen we nog kinderen waren, onverwachte ontdekkingen en avonturen op ons wachtten om elke hoek? Nou, dat is precies wat hier gebeurt. En dat willen we allemaal met je delen!

Deze plaats, die vroeger een steengroeve en een begraafplaats was, is tegenwoordig een prachtig park met veel monumenten en de kerk van St. Mark in Servo-Byzantijnse stijl.
Het centrale stadsplein en de straat met luxe paleizen en openbare gebouwen, maar ook met verborgen kunstwerken.
Een verlaten winkelcentrum uit de jaren 90 wordt nu bewoond door jonge ontwerpers en kunstenaars uit Belgrado.
Het is de belangrijkste voetgangersstraat, waar achter de gevels van historische gebouwen arcades, archeologische vindplaatsen en straatkunst verborgen zijn
Het is een goed bewaard gebleven deel van de oude stad waar u de sfeer van het 19e-eeuwse Belgrado kunt voelen
Het is het belangrijkste historische monument van Belgrado. Naast bastions, poorten, sculpturen, kerken en archeologische vindplaatsen, is er ook een panoramisch uitzicht over de stad en de samenvloeiing van de rivieren Sava en Donau.

Dimitri was a great guide! He is a well of knowledge when it comes to Serbia and its rich culture and history. He took us to the main attractions of Belgrade. We also stopped at several secret spots like the seemingly run down cinema theater which is run by the university students and has a free admission. He had made reservations to the business cafe in Belgrade, in the hotel Moskva. We had the best dessert we have ever had, Moskva cake, tea and rakija. It was a perfect stop after the walk . We had lots of fun and it is definitely worth the money to take the tour with Dimitri!

Hello. We were in Serbia for the first time and strolled through Belgrade. We took a tour of some unusual places. The estimated time was 3.5 hours, including a coffee break, but we got so engrossed in conversation that we ended up walking for about five hours. Nobody paid attention to the time; it felt like we were just relaxing with a friend who knew everything about the city – it was very pleasant! We liked the city, and we liked the guide. Dmitry answered all our questions, even those about buildings not included in the tour, which speaks to his expertise. Dmitry is a very inquisitive and enthusiastic person, and he imparts this thirst for knowledge and love for the country to the city's guests. You will be taken to unusual routes and places that you would never find on your own. We highly recommend this tour. You will definitely not be disappointed. We had a very cognitive excursion with Dmitry. He met us in airport & we spent a perfect day in Belgrade . We visited many beautiful places & learned many interesting facts about the city . Dmitry knows a lot of facts about Belgrade , becouse studies them deeply and is interested in history . We visited various neighborhoods , castle , beautiful Sava & Dunai rivers . If you want to enjoy this city I highly recommend you to spend a day with him .

Very intersting excursion through Belgrad. Our guide - Yulia - was very nice , friendly and helpful. During walking trip we asked her many different questions and got fully explaing replies. We sure, tt we couldn’t get so many info about Belgrad and Serbija if we just walked by the streets by our self, without a guide!
