They got me to my hotel as quickly as traffic would allowed. When I arrived tired and confused at the meeting point, I was asked where I was looking for, directed to the right sign for my pick up point. When my ride arrived, I was escorted to my ride. Went very smooth

The driver stood us up after a 10 hour international flight with jet lag! He claims he sent a message saying he will meet us at exit 14 but I didn’t get any message or any phone calls! We had to pay for another taxi again! Do not use this company, they charged me over $300 dollars for a round trip and I found out it’s only $30 with the yellow cabs from the airport to the hotel one way so it would be $60 round trip and THEY DID NOT HAVE THE DECENCY TO SHOW UP!!! I want FULL REFUND and I’m canceling my return pick up since you can’t handle it!

Very expensive if you have to eat. It was full of dining spaces and kiosks with food; a baget cost between 13.5 and 15.5 euros. They weren't ⁇ big either. At McDonald’s the medium menu cost 770 Turkish lire. The airport was great to look at. Everything was clean and nice.

Tour was very informative with the help of guide helima she was very good and explained everything in detail . Wear good walking shoes as this tour requires lot of walking

Awesome experience. Good communication, nice van, punctual drivers. It was a relief to have our transportation for our family of 6 (from the airport to our hotel and the next day our hotel to airport) taken care of. Very pleased with everything.

Booked round trip to hotel near the old airport on stopover for Turkish Airlines. The first trip was ok although the process seems very disorganized. The driver for the return trip the next morning however never showed, never called, and the booking company couldn’t reach the driver either after I had to call them which cost me more money(international roaming call). After 40 minutes we had to contract another van service for more money to ensure we got to the airport on time. When I submitted a refund request for the return half of the trip it was denied with an explanation supposedly forthcoming but not yet received. Just get an Uber when you get to the airport, it’s cheaper anyways
