Ophalen is alleen mogelijk bij hotels in de volgende gebieden : Istanbul Centrum Hotels, Sultanahmet, Aksaray, Laleli, Grand Bazaar, Sirkeci, Karakoy, Taksim, Beyoglu, Fatih, Eminonu, Cankurtaran, Sisli, Kadırga, Kumkapi, Beyazit. Let op : Pick-up service is niet beschikbaar vanaf de Aziatische (Anatolische) kant van Istanbul. Gasten die aan de Aziatische kant verblijven, worden vriendelijk verzocht elkaar te ontmoeten op een aangewezen ontmoetingspunt in het centrum van de Europese kant. Zorg dat u 10 minuten voor de geplande ophaaltijd klaarstaat in de lobby van uw hotel. De exacte ophaaltijd wordt na boeking bevestigd.

Celebrating New Year’s Eve on the Bosphorus was a fantastic experience. The scenery, live music, and festive atmosphere made the night very special. Everything was well organized, and it was a great way to start the new year.
A wonderful way to welcome the New Year! The Bosphorus views at night were breathtaking, the organization was smooth, and the entertainment kept the energy high all evening. A memorable experience that we truly enjoyed.
We had an amazing New Year’s Bosphorus cruise! The atmosphere was festive, the views were stunning, and the staff was very friendly. The food and music were great, and watching the fireworks on the Bosphorus was unforgettable. Highly recommended for a special New Year’s celebration!
My Bosphorus cruise experience was truly enjoyable and exceeded my expectations. Seeing Istanbul from the sea offers a completely different and impressive perspective. The historic mansions, the grandeur of the bridges, and the unique Bosphorus scenery were fascinating throughout the tour. The boat was comfortable, well-organized, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The short but informative explanations provided during the cruise added value to the experience. Despite the number of passengers, the atmosphere remained calm and relaxing. It was a perfect opportunity to unwind while discovering the city from a new angle. I would definitely recommend this tour and would gladly do it again.
- Overcrowded - They fed us mainly with BREAD and WATER for the first 1,5 hours - It took them almost 2 hours between serving of first dish which was filled only with sides and the second "main" dish which literally had 2 slices of popato and 2 pcs. of small kebap - There was no third dish with desert!!!!! - Alcohol was available, with questionable quality and you literally have to beg the bar to get a refill on your glass, because the staff is rarely available to serve you - table was overcrowded - table was not private, but shared with atleast 50-60 people - we were supposed to depart at 21:00 h local time, this did not happen untill 22:35h. So we were sitting at the pier more than 1.5 hours in a cold boat. - Boat was very cold and no one provided us with proper heating, atleast not untill the boat starts moving, which took 1.5 hours time. - Staff refused to move us (2 people) to a warmer place on the boat - too overpriced experience - NEVER GOING TO BOOK THIS BOAT AGAIN !!!

However, we would like to respectfully clarify that several points mentioned in your review do not accurately reflect the service that was provided. First of all, our tour includes a complete dinner service, consisting of appetizers, a main course and dessert, all of which were served according to the program. Dessert service was provided, and this is documented in our operational records. Our menu is fixed and applied equally to all guests. Regarding departure time, the boat departed on schedule within the announced time frame, following standard port authority procedures. Waiting at the pier during boarding and final checks is a normal and mandatory process for all boats and should not be considered a delay. There was no late departure outside the operational program. New Year’s Eve cruises are designed as shared, high-capacity festive events, clearly stated in the tour description at the time of booking. Tables are communal by default unless a private table is specifically purchased and confirmed in advance. No private table was booked under this reservation. Unlimited alcoholic beverages were available throughout the event and served in accordance with legal and safety regulations. Service was provided continuously by our staff circulating between tables. Any perceived waiting time is related to responsible service standards during a very busy night, not a lack of availability. The boat is equipped with heating systems, which are fully operational once the vessel departs. Seating changes are subject to safety, balance, and capacity regulations and therefore cannot always be accommodated. These rules are applied equally to all guests. Pricing for New Year’s Eve events reflects special conditions, including high demand, live entertainment, unlimited drinks, dinner service, and extended operating hours. The experience delivered was consistent with the description and pricing shown at the time of booking. While we respect that personal expectations may vary, we would like to clearly state that the service was delivered as described, on time, and in full, without any missing elements.
