Booked a traditional bath at Hürrem Sultan Hamamı between flights and I'm glad I did. The building itself is stunning — marble, domed light, centuries of history — but Fatih is what elevated it from a nice tourist stop to something I'd genuinely go back for. He was professional, warm, and clearly knows his craft. The scrub and foam massage were thorough without being rough, and he read exactly how much pressure to use. He explained each step, never rushed anything, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. I walked out feeling completely reset after a long stretch of travel. If you're going, ask for Fatih. Worth every lira.

Very beautiful as always, Özlem took very good care of me, very professional and friendly, I have been to the Hürrem hammam many times, the service is special, it is just noticeable the deterioration from the humidity on the ceilings and black has come out, even so a magical experience to fully immerse yourself in history, for me it is worth going since it is a historical place, may it always continue like this 🙏🩵 Özlem's service a 10 🔟 I recommend her to you

Dilek was my guide and she was amazing. She was kind, made me feel comfortable, and relaxed. It was my first time so I wasn’t really sure what to expect, but she made it easy. The atmosphere is calm and beautiful. It was like the best shower of my life. After, I sipped on Sherbet (a juice meant to balance blood sugar), Turkish tea, and Turkish delights that they served me. I did a face mask add-on as well which was a nice way to finish as I relaxed after. Will absolutely do it again the next time that I’m in Turkey! Thank you!

What a phenomenal experience at Hurrem Sultan Hamam! I was a bit concerned about the price but decided to go with it because it has completely separate womens and mens sections. I'm so so glad I did! I was blessed to have Keyser as my therapist. She made me feel like a princess and was so gentle, kind and respectful. She did a very thorough job, I felt like my mum was looking after me. Can't wait to come back one day!

This was my first ever experience with a Turkish Bath House and it was the highlight of my vacation that started in Gambia Africa and concluded with a 2 day stay in Istanbul. The Keyf-i Hammam treatment I selected was exactly what I needed and the was excellent and the tellak that attended to me "Bayrom" was the perfect tellak and treated me with 100% attention. When I visit Istanbul in the future I will be sure to visit Hürrem Sultan Hamamı and Bayrom again. Thanks for making my first visit to a Turkish Bath House something to remember for eternity.
