The drivers showed up right on time, actually a bit early, which was awesome. They messaged me when they were on the way, which I really appreciated. One of the vans was super nice, with brown leather seats and little stars on the roof. Really cool touch. The other vehicles were also clean and in great shape. All the drivers were friendly and polite. There was a bit of a language barrier, but Google Translate made it easy to figure things out. Overall, I’m really happy with the service and will definitely book with them again next time I’m in Istanbul.
They were on times and waiting for me outside when I arrived. They had videos where to looked for them when arriving which was very helpful as new comers to Istanbul for the first times.

The driver dropped us off an 8 minute walk from the hotel without warning due to traffic but pointed us in the wrong direction which was not helpful given we had large suitcases to navigate through traffic filled streets.

the driver was ok to wait for me when I was a bit late although when I was out of airport he did not want to pick me because he said I was a bit late and wanted to charge me again the same amount to pick me and drive me to the hotel. Very bad service and treatment. finally had to pay again to a taxi driver to take me to the hotel.

But we couldn't reach you for 2 hours and you didn't come to the designated meeting point and your reservation went into no show status. If you had contacted us or come to the meeting point, we could have provided your transfer without any fee, but you went by taxi without informing us. We hope we can host you next time
Booked transfer on the day or arrival with no problems. All as described, just need to remember to get out through exit 14, where guys were already waiting for us, even though the fight was delayed. Good staff!
Driver was great but did not speak English at all. Long wait at the airport…. Not sure how the bookings are handled. Felt like my booking was sold to a private company or person…. Not a company car/ van.
Your reservation came directly to our company via viator and it was made with our vehicle and our driver who works for us. Your transfer was made exclusively for you. After meeting with our welcome team regarding the waiting issue, the time you get on your vehicle is 5 minutes in total and it is quite normal since Istanbul airport is very big.
When we arrived at airport exit, we were expecting to see a driver holding up a sign with our name, per the initial instructions we received. That did not happen. We texted the company and we were asked to walk to end of terminal to specific exit with all our bags and wait outside in the HEAT (it was about 38° or 40°) for about 20-25 minutes. We almost jumped in a taxi that was nearby because we had to wait so long. Then they escorted us to a different spot in the airport garage and waited another 10 minutes for our van. Once the van arrived, it was such a relief. The ride to our hotel was nice and relaxing after a long travel day, it was nice to finally sit in air conditioning.
We waited where they told us , and although there was guys sitting in vans none of them came out to see if we were their customers, they said they waited an hour ! So did we! And we took a taxi instead, it was cheaper, now they won’t refund, they are scammers do not use

The welcome team and vehicle were ready at the flight landing time specified in the reservation details, but the guest number specified in the system could not be reached and did not come to the meeting point. Despite repeated calls, we could not reach the guest. also did not communicate with us through viator. If requested, we can provide our guest call records and GPS records of our vehicle as evidence.
